Walk down the driveway to the access to the beach (only 100 feet) with no road to cross. Get a great ocean view for a semi-oceanfront price! Experience ocean sunrises and sound sunsets. The top level of the home features an open floor plan and is incredibly light and bright. The well equipped kitchen looks over the dining area and family room. Enjoy the outdoor decking with great ocean views and seating.

Located at mile post 18.3, this tranquil location in South Nags Head will satisfy your search for that special "Nags Head" style beach vacation getaway. Entertainment and restaurants are close by. Fisherman in your group can walk to the Outer Banks Fishing Pier or surf fish on your own beach! For your piece of mind a life guard station is near your entrance to the beach.

Beautiful gem

The ocean view is as expansive as you can get without being ocean-front. The location between the fishing pier and Jannette's pier is perfect. The house is quaint and everything our family of 6 needed. Very clean, bright, and comfortable. The bedrooms are small, but we loved the simplicity of it as we didn't come to the beach to be in our bedrooms. We'd love to return again.

First OBX Trip

This was our first time visiting the Outer Banks and it was very enjoyable! The home fit us very well and was in a perfect location to local shops. Being that close to the ocean was amazing and we enjoyed sleeping to the sounds of the waves! We will definitely be visiting again!
