Great property layout - the great room is huge and has several areas for folks to congregate: puzzle people in that corner; game people over here; cooks in the kitchen. That area of the house is a wonderful space. We had a few issues with the electronics, including: that large TV in that great room could use a sound bar (the native TV speakers are very poor), identifying which remote goes with which device could be made more obvious, and several remotes were without batteries. Despite those concerns, the positives far outweigh the negatives - great house, great location.

Friends and family

We had a large group and had plenty of space for everyone. Proximity to the beach made it easy to go back and forth all day. The ice machine was a great bonus!

Great location but ...

The house is a perfect location. Very spacious and walkable to restaurants and more. The check in process wasn’t easy. Check in was at 4, but I received a text that morning telling me not to go to the house until I received a confirmation saying it was ready between 4-6. That text never came. The link they sent with the address wasn’t correct and took us to another location 30 minutes away. When we arrived, at the wrong address, the office was closed. Finally we spoke to someone who was very helpful and he got us to the correct location.

Goodbye to 2020

We had an amazing week. The location is fantastic, the layout was really comfortable and allowed for togetherness and separation. There is some wear and tear on the place but nothing that was problematic or kept us from having a memorable and relaxing week.
