  • Situato a soli 60 piedi dalla spiaggia senza strade da attraversare! Ottenere una vista sull'oceano da quasi ogni stanza della casa per un prezzo semi-oceanfront!

    Il piano terra della casa dispone di un'enorme sala giochi con tavolo da biliardo e tavolo da ping pong, salotto, camera da letto con bagno completo e patio con vasca idromassaggio.

    Il secondo livello della casa ha una camera matrimoniale con bagno completo. 2 camere da letto con un bagno completo Jack e Jill, una grande lavanderia e vista sull'oceano decking off di due delle camere da letto!

    Il livello più alto della casa è caratterizzato da un open space ed è incredibilmente luminoso e luminoso. La casa è stata decorata professionalmente da Daniels Homeport! La cucina è aperta e grande e si affaccia sulla sala da pranzo e la camera familiare. Godetevi il camino a gas, enorme piano di calpestio all'aperto con favolose viste sull'oceano e posti a sedere. I bambini possono essere rumorosi al piano di sotto nella sala giochi mentre si gode di una vista serale tranquilla sul ponte superiore! Non permettere a Fido di perdere il divertimento, portalo anche lui!

This house is very nice! The location is perfect and the house had many kid friendly things. It was not the cleanest when we arrived but a swiffer fixed the issue. The pool/ping pong table got quite the workout! Overall it was a great place for the week.

NICE PLACE

Beautiful home and in a great location. Access to the beach was easy. I will say that this is not the place to stay if you have a physical problem that makes climbing stairs difficult. The kitchen is on the top floor. The top floor provides amazing sunrise views.

Furnishings are a little dated.House could use a deep cleaning. But overall did not effect our stay. Had a great time and would stay again.

Nice house-- little to no beach access

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nice. We had issue with a bedroom tv that did not work and Beach Rental addressed the issue quickly. The dining table was dirty and sticky and floors were sandy so it appears not cleaned very well. We do not think the hot tub was cleaned during the week as there was sand in the bottom when we got there and it was there all week. Only 1 person in our party used it and did so in the evening (after shower and dinner). Have been coming to OBX for 15+ years and hot tub was always cleaned during our visit. The binder instruction guides for thermostats and tvs was missing all of the tv pages so it took a while to figure tv out. We had no beach access due to erosion There was a 5 ft drop at the top of the entrance. A neighbor told us it had been that way for over a month. It would have been nice if we were advised of this issue before arriving. We had to drive to a public beach access area several miles up the road and even those areas had very limited space because waves were in so far. We did like the house but will not be returning to S Nags Head again due to little/no beach. We were a group of 3 60+ old and there was no way we could have gotten down to or back up from the beach located by the house safely.

It is very well-appointed, with ample kitchen appliances and gadgets, a comfortable great room and rec room, and bedrooms with updated beds and furniture. One of the best things about this rental is the location. From the top floor, it is easy to see the ocean, and if you have the windows open, you can hear the surf. You cannot hear the beach road at all! The owners have also supplied the house with sand toys, beach chairs, puzzles, and games. We were very happy with our choice and hope to return another year.

There was plenty of space & it included everything we needed. The location to the beach was awesome. We could set up for the day & go back & forth if needed.We were close to Bodie Island lighthouse, a quick ride to Manteo & golf in Nags Head.I would recommend this house for a small family!

Some suggestions are to put a dish rack in the kitchen. The master bedroom tv did not work (Both not a big problem). There was a plastic cup with cigarette butts on the second level deck that was gross wish it was cleaned up prior to visit. The kitchen was well supplied and excellent. Beds were very good. All in all it was a great week.

The location is everything to us - access to the beach is steps away, view of ocean from the deck is awesome, and it's not that far from Fishheads. The cottage is always clean, neat, and well-stocked. Our family loves the downstairs area; once the little ones are tucked away, we spend the rest of the evening playing pool and hot tubbing! Highly recomond, especially familes with small children.

A Wonderful Location, House, and View

The house could use a bit of paint on the outside, but inside it is well cared for, well stocked, and above our expectations. Highly recommend. The downside was our hot tub broke down repeatedly. It seemed to be an odd situation, as it kept coming on and off intermittently.The first time, maintenance came out and it was working within hours. The second time, maintenance never came to our knowledge. By later the following day, it was up and running again. Wish we could have enjoyed it our last day, though.
