Endless ocean views surround this exquisite oceanfront home. Everything you could ever need for an unforgettable vacation. Decorated in a soothing coastal palette with a modern flair, this home features incredible indoor & outdoor amenities. This prime location at mile post 15 is central to nearby piers, historic landmarks, recreation and a variety of shopping and dining options.

On the ground level, doors open to the oceanfront living space, where the outdoor bar and private pool take center stage. Equipped with a wet bar and outdoor TV, this area also has a gas grill for casual meals. Up to the mid level that is dedicated to restful sleeping areas. Front and rear covered decks for ocean breeze with the ocean view swing bed. The top level greets you with soaring ceilings, radiant hardwoods and mesmerizing ocean views. The gourmet kitchen boasts the best in modern conveniences featuring distinctive cabinets, granite countertops, storage pantry, a Keurig, and casual bar seating for nine. Unwind in the oceanfront recreation area with pool table, wet bar and direct deck access. Life gets better in the home theatre with big screen TV.

Mid-Level: Three King Master Bedrooms w/Tiled Showers, Two Queen Master Bedrooms w/Tiled Showers, Pyramid & Bunk Set Master Bedroom w/Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry Facilities, Oceanfront Covered Deck w/Oceanview Swing Bed.

Upper Level: Expansive Great Room, Custom Gourmet Kitchen, Custom Made Dining Table Seats 12, Loft Area, Pool Table, Wet Bar, Theatre Room, Powder Room.

2026 Pool Dates: 5/2 - 10/9

Pool Heat Fee: $500
Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat.

Special Access: This home has an elevator that services all three levels. One master suite on the ground level has a bathroom equipped for those with special needs with roll under sink and barrier free shower. At the front of the home, there is a ramp so that guests can bypass the three stairs at the main entry. Please note even with these features, the home is not ADA compliant.

Parking passes are REQUIRED to use the Village at Nags Head private beach access. This home provides two parking permits.

Bathrooms not cleaned, pool not cleaned, cook top leaked propane and rendered unsafe and red tagged. We bought hundreds of dollars worth of food and could not cook in a normal manner.

Run don’t walk

I’ve stayed in Outer Banks over a dozen times. This is the first review I’ve written to help others not make my mistake. We are positive people so we were able to have a great time despite the cons. We will never stay in a Beach Realty NC property again. Pros-The home is well laid out with nice sized rooms and is close to many area attractions. The view was amazing. There is so much potential here with a different management/rental company. Cons-Seems to have no professional maintenance. Pool heater was wired and plumbed wrong so it was unusable all week. Electrician called to fix the problem said he was surprised the panel hadn’t caught fire due to incorrect components being used. We booked this house for the heated pool option and were assured it would be available for our off-season stay. No credit was given for this major inconvenience/inaccuracy in the listing beyond my advanced payment for the service. Second dishwasher didn’t work. Video game didn’t work. Ants in the kitchen. Cockroaches in the upper seating area off the living room. Everything was covered in a layer of dust and there were dirty dishes in the cabinets. Personal items from guests before us were left under seats in the movie room. We spent over an hour sweeping out the pool area before we realized it wasn’t going to be used due to the water temp. Communication trying to get the pool heat fixed was so poor that I didn’t even bother to try to get help with the other stuff. Pick somewhere else.
