"Village Views" è una spaziosa casa sull'oceano con sei camere da letto con vista panoramica e accesso privato alla spiaggia per la tua famiglia. Situato a Nags Head nel villaggio presso la comunità di Nags Head e vicino al complesso di piscine comunitarie che comprende una piscina olimpionica, uno snack bar e una caffetteria per pranzo, un bar a servizio completo, stabilimento balneare, campi da tennis e parcheggio sull'oceano presso la club house.

Situato in posizione strategica vicino a tutte le famose attrazioni di Nags Head e Manteo, tra cui ristoranti, sport acquatici, outlet, sport d'avventura, golf putt-putt e il campo da golf Village Links. Il campo da golf Village Links è stato valutato da Golf Digest come "uno dei più belli del mondo" ed è proprio sul fronte sonoro del villaggio nella comunità di Nags Head. House was perfect for our family. We have adult children and also had our parents. The 4 bedrooms on the middle floor worked out great for our kids. Kitchen had plenty of cups, plates, cooking stuff and appliances. House was just as described

We had a great time at this property and it was mostly great!! We enjoyed the proximity to the ocean and the availability of the pool for a toddler that couldn’t handle the surf. My biggest complaint were the beds in the lower level. The two full size beds and pull out couch were pretty awful and uncomfortable. Would recommend replacing. My family reported the other beds were comfortable so maybe plan to put kids down there if you can. We also called the rental company about a clogged tub and leaking faucet and it took them two days to get back to us, so my brother went to Home Depot himself and snaked it out so his two year old could have a decent bath. The kitchen faucet was a different story and took too long to get fixed. Overall the house was great though and my very picky sibling even couldn’t find that much to complain about so it was a win!!!

We stayed at 116 Sand Fiddler. It is a great location, on the beach, near grocery and ABC and a million restaurants. The bedrooms are big, and the bathrooms are convenient. Walk over the dune to the ocean. But it is three stories and the climb up the stairs is not for the faint of heart or the easily winded. We would stay here again, and we stayed a week this time. But it was not perfect. The digital lock on the front door would not open upon our arrival. A guy had to come and fix it after we called. The TV's are in every room but they are not on a cable, rather ROKU is provided but it does not hook up to some things we need, like the Final Four games. Fortunately, we had an Apple Play with us and were able to use a computer to hook to it and then to the TVs, so beware of this. The electric stove leaves a lot to be desired and the pots and pans are poor quality and warped, making cooking a meal difficult...so go out! Just don't think Thanksgiving dinner will be fun. So all in all location and the facility, in general, is an A+. The kitchen not so much nor the entertainment system. We'd go back, with a box of our own pots and pans. There is a new gas grill which is very nice. It is 3 stories down from the kitchen so there is that. And the starter switch does not work, may just be a battery and a lighter which was there worked fine, but that climb up caring cooked food is a bit much. We had to replace the gas bottle with another provided as the old one leaks at the valve. Great hot tub! A+ Enjoy this place but come prepared.

Great house for hosting a group of 8 golfers for a long weekend! Amazing sunrise and sunset views, ocean access and hot tub. Only issues were the lack of supplies. Examples being no salt and pepper, etc and only one kitchen trash bag provided for a 4-night stay, so plan accordingly.

Wonderful house right on the beach (ocean side). Plenty of room for our group (8). Nicely furnished and well supplied. Hot tub was welcome as the cold wind and water weren't expected. Close to nice golf course (Nags Head).

Weather wasn’t great but the house was awesome. We lived on the outer banks for many years. This house is in a great neighborhood and has gorgeous views. Will definitely be staying here again!
