Pet-friendly oceanfront Nags Head duplex w/ hot tub and direct beach access!

Located on the renowned wide beaches in the center of Nags Head, you are certain to find all the amenities to make your beach vacation everything you dreamed it could be at Top 'O The Dune. Your en suite deck, overlooking the ocean, is a perfect spot to relax, unwind and watch the waves roll in. This home, in a peaceful setting, is a perfect place to reconnect with loved ones, but close enough to shopping and restaurants to be able to explore the area with ease.

This duplex is a step back into classic Old Nags Head-style beach houses. Sitting on the dune with amazing ocean views from the living area and the top level en suite. This unique home offers a traditional floor plan with the living area being on the mid level. Relax in the hot tub and watch the waves while being only steps from the family.

Your private walkway and dune top gazebo will give you your own access to the ocean as well as a comfortable area to relax by the sea.

Top O’ The Dune features a laundry area on the ground level, as well as a recreation area with seating, a TV, a Foosball table, and a pyramid bunk bed. A large sun deck on one side and a covered porch with the hot tub on the other plus a boarded walkway and dune top gazebo make this a great place for relaxing outside. So come on and unwind at Top O’ The Dune!

Reserve Hawk's Nest North (north side of the duplex) for families larger than the 8-person maximum occupancy.

This property is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge of $195+ taxes for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking.

This property is NOT an event home and is NOT affiliated with The Haven across the street.

Layout:

Ground level: Dry entry off the carport, washer and dryer, recreation room with a TV, seating, a Foosball table, and a pyramid bunk bed.

Mid level: Living area with faux fireplace, wet bar, dining room with two tables, kitchen, bedroom with 2 twin beds, hall bath, large covered and sun deck on the oceanside with hot tub, walkway to beach and gazebo, large sun deck on the front of house.

Top Level: Oceanfront king en suite with private balcony and ocean views, king bedroom, queen bedroom, full hall bath.

Beautiful Location But…

Needs some significant TLC. Place needs some major repairs, painting, bathroom slate needs replacing. Kitchen sinks need work. Sliding glass door downstairs needs replacing. Screen upstairs needs replacing. Downstairs smells musty and damp!

Perfect Beach Getaway

My husband and I stayed recently for a long birthday weekend and loved everything about out trip and this property! The house was beautiful and well maintained with everything we could have needed to enjoy our time in the Outer Banks. The house was spacious and the hosts provided a well stocked kitchen, beautiful spacious bedrooms, a large cozy couch in the living room, and great perks like smart TV's and deck chairs and multiple outdoor patio spaces. Nothing beats the view from the master bedroom deck - watching the sunrise and hearing the ocean all day long! Just steps from the beach, with an outdoor shower to rinse off, with an added perk of the hot tub which was perfect for the cool spring nights to stargaze! The hosts/Sun Realty were able to easily accommodate our 2 small dogs with a reasonable pet fee, and even graciously helped us with a late checkout to enjoy a few more hours of beach time! We would highly recommend this property to families looking for a great place to enjoy OBX!
