If your ideal vacation spot is a home that “has it all” then look no further! Splash Inn is ready for your good times! With 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, straight shot to ocean, huge 11 x 24 pool, hot tub, game room equipped with full sized refrigerator, wet bar, microwave, card table, bumper pool table, dart board, the fun just won't end! The kitchen has 2 full sized refrigerators, plus 2 dishwashers, 2 ice makers , 2 coffee makers, a coffee grinder, 2 toasters, a crockpot & electric griddle. For cooking out, there is a charcoal grill and picnic tables plus a basketball goal and outside shower. The community amenities include a dock and boat access ramp- this home is a short walk to the sound. If you get worn out and want to relax, this home has generous covered and uncovered decks for you to maximize your outdoor comfort!
Level 1:

Parking for 6-8 cars, landscaped yard, enclosed outside shower, large pool (11x24), hot tub. 1 park-style grill, basketball goal. Game room with full size refrigerator, wet bar. 3 bedrooms (1 with King and full bath with tub/shower that also opens to game room; 1 with Twins, shares access to full bath with tub/shower with 1 with a Pyramid bunk, trundle and desk). Full sized washer/dryer (Laundry) off game room. Beach access is east then one block south (before Holiday Inn Express).
Level 2:

4 bedrooms (2 with King, each with private bath with tub/shower and deck access; 2 pyramid bunk bedrooms with trundle beds that share a full hall bath with tub/shower between them. Stack-able washer/dryer.
Level 3:

Spacious open dining/fully stocked kitchen/family room area. Ocean views and sun deck! 1 bedroom (with Queen) with semi-private full bath (tub/shower, shared to hall).

Wonderful house! Short walk to beach!

This property had everything we could have needed. Everything was clean inside and out including the hot tub and pool. The dart board and pool table were a big hit for our trip. I would definitely come back to the OBX and stay at this house again.
