Nuovissima costruzione per il 2019 a Nags Head (Semi-Oceanfront) Cinque camere da letto di cui due maestri, quattro bagni completi e due mezze con piscina privata e ascensore. Accesso al piano terra per l'ascensore dal posto auto coperto e in tutta la casa. Questa casa supporta un'altra delle nostre nuove case di costruzione con altre cinque camere da letto (VRBO 1289427). Noleggia entrambi per un totale di 10 camere da letto!

Piscina privata 13x26 con abbondanza di spazio sul ponte e doccia esterna. Il primo piano ha due camere da letto con bagno in comune con accesso diretto al ponte coperto. Ampia sala giochi con bagno di servizio e accesso alla terrazza coperta con vista sulla piscina e vista sul suono, e lavanderia.

Il secondo piano ha due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con bagno privato, una con accesso diretto al ponte coperto con vista sul suono, bagno privato con doccia piastrelle. Seconda camera da letto principale con bagno padronale / doccia con piastrelle personalizzate con doccia a pioggia e accesso al ponte coperto con vista sull'oceano e sul molo di Jeanette. Tutte le camere hanno la loro Smart TV a schermo piatto montata a parete.

Piano superiore inverso piano contiene bella cucina con controsoffitti quarzo e posti a sedere per sei al bancone bar contatori altezza, acciaio inossidabile, molto spazioso soggiorno e sala da pranzo con tavolo e posti a sedere per altri dieci. Portico coperto molto spazioso con cene all'aperto sul lato dell'oceano. Inoltre un altro portico coperto sul lato del suono per rilassarsi e ammirare le ampie viste del suono e guardare oltre la piscina privata.

Questa casa è a meno di un minuto a piedi dall'accesso alla spiaggia, Jeanette's Pier, Sam e Omie's Restaurant, Cahoon's Market, Dune Burger, Fatboyz, Owen's Restaurant, Whalebone Seafood. Anche a piedi Tanger Outlet Mall accessibile dal passaggio pedonale.

This place had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. It’s well set up and maintained and the elevator was a big plus. The pier was just across from us and we could view it and the ocean. Perfect for our fishermen. This place was close to great restaurants and shopping.

The property was what would be considered absolutely perfect. The location is perfect: right between the ocean and the sound. The property itself was beautiful, clean, modern and perfect. The yard and pool and hot tub were all perfect, and communication with the property manager was fantastic! There is a little market across the street that has anything you might need. Would absolutely recommend for a perfect OBX vacation!

My two sons and their families stayed for one week. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, cookware settings. The house was very clean and the host checked in through text messages to make sure we didn’t need anything. We hope to be back.

The house was absolutely beautiful! Our 1st time with this property and will likely make this our frequent property. Zero complaints,. And would definitely recommend. We took some executive clients and family/friends off shore fishing and they were extremely satisfied. This will be our next family trip and my next client trip destination.

The house was beautiful and well stocked! We couldn't have asked for a better location. Jeanette's Pier was right across the street. The hot tub was everyone's favorite while there. The elevator was also a huge plus. The communication with the property manager was excellent as well. We would definitely rent this property again!

Beautiful house with getting your steps in which I enjoyed - centrally located. Great communication with Rebecca who provided a lot of information to plan our visit. The house was very clean, new, and the beds/pillows, and couches were extremely comfortable. Loved the care taken in the kitchen with everything needed and organized - Calphalon pans so cooking was a breeze and the Keurig is a plus! Pool with heat and hot tub are great options. Thanks for a great stay!

We vacationed last week of Aug 2021 - adult family of 6. Absolutely loved the pedestrian friendly location of this house - steps to Fat Boyz ice cream, shopping, beach, Sam & Omie’s, pier, Cahoon’s Mkt, Owen’s Restaurant. House is newly built and gorgeous. Elevator is high quality and worked great for all floors. Kitchen is huge and it has a Kuerig & regular coffee maker - both high quality. We rented chair/umbrella setup on the beach everyday (highly recommend) so we didn’t spend much time at the pool but it is nicely furnished with chairs. It’s like having oceanfront bc you have a clear view of the water over the top of Cahoon’s which is a low roof top. We watched many sunrises from the top deck. And even saw an end to end rainbow! Would love to have the same Polywood deck furniture on back deck so you could enjoy the sunsets and dinner as well. Communication with the owners/managers was over the top great. For those concerned about the noisy street, it really isn’t bad bc the traffic is 25mph (unlike homes in northern beaches on rt12 where it’s 45mph). Besides, it’s the beach - get up and see the sunrise! You can always nap. :)

This house surprised us so much! We absolutely LOVED it and the location. The market across the street is absolutely adorable and has the loveliest people working there. We enjoyed the pier so much and the walk is so minimal, literally across the street. We loved people watching on the deck and there are ocean views from each of the front level decks and sound views off the back. Truly amazing! Don't have one negative thing to say about the property, except wish the pool had a pool light to make the evenings last a little longer swimming with the kids. But over all it was the perfect house! We miss it already.
