  • Situato in MP 19. 8 in una tranquilla zona orientata alla famiglia, questa casa dog friendly ha una splendida vista sull'oceano da ogni camera. È la seconda casa dall'oceano, con accesso diretto all'ampia spiaggia sabbiosa a pochi passi (circa 90 piedi) e senza strade da attraversare. Ci sono splendide viste sull'oceano dal grande prendisole di livello superiore e dal ponte inferiore del livello in cui si trova la vasca idromassaggio. Goditi il caffè sul ponte superiore mentre osservi l'alba sull'oceano e il focena che nuota vicino! Sunny Delight ha ricevuto un rinnovamento esterno con tutti i nuovi ponti, tetto, rivestimenti e finestre nel 2017.

    Puoi anche approfittare della pista ciclabile situata alla fine della strada per il tuo esercizio quotidiano. Questa casa è perfettamente situata tra i moderni comfort di Nags Head e Manteo e la bellezza e la lontananza del Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Sunny Delight è abbastanza grande per 1 o 2 famiglie per divertirsi, ma abbastanza accogliente per essere l'ideale per una vacanza di coppia. Peaceful and Beautiful View

My family and I had a great time at this beach house! Sunny Delight was very affordable and even though it was considered just a semi-ocean view, we were within steps from the beach. They had board games, dvd's and books, which we utilized some of everything. The look is cute and inviting with all beach themed decor.

Wonderful Week at 6002 - Sunny Delight

Our whole family six adults and one child stayed a week . The location is perfect second house from the beach on a dead end road no near by businesses . Everything you need is a short drive away and plenty of activities for the kids . Something to mention about the house not negative but may be an issue for some people . The house is three stories tall so you will need to climb stairs to use the bathroom from the living room/kitchen bedrooms and baths are on the same level . Parking is under the house plenty of room to park 4-6 small/midsize vehicles don't believe our crew cab truck with topper would have fit . Everyone had a great time very happy with our stay .

Location, location, location!

Overall house was great! Deck could use a gate to keep dogs in and some new chairs, kitchen needs a good cleaning, beware of stairs! The beds and furniture were comfy , AC worked well, beautiful views, loved being steps from the beach. Very quiet neighborhood and love south Nags Head. Would stay again.

Great location

The location to the beach was nice! The decks and hot tubs were great. The views were great. While it is a nice house, the lay out was not appealing to me. I can see why people would like it but it wasn’t for me. I didn’t like we had to walk down the street to put our trash in a dumpster. Overall a great time though! Side note: not the houses fault but the local government.... Not a fan that life guards tell us we can’t swim. I’m a grown adult and have sound judgement and should be able to recognize my limits.

Sunny Delightful vacation

Just spent a lovely relaxing week at Sunny Delight in south nags head! The house was perfect. Beautiful views of the ocean! Loved watching the sunrise on the upper deck while drinking my coffee. We especially appreciate how quick the house became available after hurricane Dorian.

Beauty on the beach

It was a fabulous beach house with a beautiful view ! It had all the beach essential needs , the WiFi sucked though ! The location was spot on and just a few steps away , the beach sand was heaven between our toes !

Wonderful location

Wonderful location and nicely cleaned. King size beds could be a little softer; like a memory pad on top would be great. Kitchen was nicely stocked, but did have to buy a wine cork screw. Perfect view of the ocean and sounds. Spent all week on the upper deck, just gorgeous .

Comfortable home and close to the ocean

This was a great place to stay that felt like home to us. Nice ocean views and very short walk to the beach. The beds are comfortable and we enjoyed having a Master Bath. Elan Vacations was excellent to work with from beginning to end and we really liked the welcome bag of supplies and coupons they provided. Unfortunately, we stayed in early May and there was a house being built at the end of the street, another was getting a new roof and many others were receiving maintenance almost constantly, so the traffic and construction noise were loud. I would assume it is not normally like this, but we did have to keep the windows closed, couldn't enjoy sitting out on the decks, and our children couldn't ride their bikes because of people constantly coming up and turning around. We have never stayed on a dead end street like this, so I am hoping the constant traffic turning around was just for this particular week, because we really liked the house. Just be aware that on a street like this, you hear all the noise going on around you.

Perfect location and views

This house is a great bargain. It has oceanfront views for a semi-oceanfront price. It is in a nice, quiet location, but still very convenient to stores and restaurants when you want them. The stretch of beach that the house is on is breathtaking. We also noticed that every single room in the house (with the exception of 1 interior bathroom) has an ocean view. One of the bathrooms has recently been given a really fresh update, as well as some of the bedrooms. The hot tub was also brand new. The furnishings were comfortable and everything you needed was there. It was windy on our off season visit, but the solitude was amazing! I can only imagine how wonderful this location would be at other times of the year. We can't wait to come back and enjoy the beach more and go fishing!
