Splendido appartamento sul mare

Fronte oceano, nuovissima costruzione, 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni e grande sala, appartamento privato al primo piano del vecchio casolare in stile Nags Head originariamente costruito nel 1928 sopra. Bella vista sulla piscina, scorci sull'oceano e passi dalla spiaggia privata esattamente tra 2 accessi alla spiaggia pubblica che offrono spiaggia poco affollata. Le onde dell'oceano ti cullano nel sonno! Arredamento moderno con adorabile angolo cottura con DW, piano cottura, forno a microonde e frigorifero full size. Avvolgi portici con comodi posti a sedere e tavoli.

The apartment was decorated nicely and the easy access to the beach was terrific, the place was clean and extremely well stocked in the kitchen as well as with linens and extra little touches. This was our first stay in Nags Head and we will be back!

We absolutely loved staying at this property! It was very clean and well cared for. We had everything we needed and more. The layout was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 teenagers. Between the wrap around porch areas, backyard, pool, stairway deck, and beach, there were so many places to enjoy our days! We would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect for family

This was our 3rd time staying here and it has become a little home away from home for our family! My wife and I and our 17 & 14 year old absolutely love visiting here. The unit is absolutely perfect for a family of 4. The location is perfect right on the beach, with some restaurants, jockeys ridge, etc in walking range. And I can't say enough about the property owners. Such a great family! 5 stars isn't enough!

Best place at OBX

This VRBO is, hands down, the best place to stay at OBX. Conveniently located, clean, well stocked with the basic essentials and has a pool! Great value for the price. 10/10, highly recommend.

Perfect Spot at the Beach!

We couldn't be happier with our stay! This charming beach flat is new construction that has been furnished with high end finishes and attention to detail. Immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The grounds are well maintained and it's just a short walk to the beach out the back door. The location was central to several great restaurants, our personal nearby favorite was Blue Moon Beach Grill and after a long day on the beach when we felt like staying in, Nags Head Pizza Company. Don't hesitate to book your stay, you won't be sorry!

JUST BOOK IT

We’ve been vacationing in the Outer Banks for many years and have become accustomed to most houses not being very clean due to the limited amount of time the cleaning companies have between guests. That is absolutely not the case with this place. Everything including the bathrooms were spotless. This place is also much more stocked with your everyday items that most homes typically do not include. The home, while not huge, was much more spacious than the pictures led me to believe. The private pool was an absolute hit with our daughter along with the very nice outdoor shower and boardwalk leading to the beach. We don’t typically stay in the same rental twice because we like to see what’s out there. I think this home will break that cycle. If I was forced to come up with a complaint, it would be that the queen size bed in the master bedroom is rather hard. Otherwise, this place was purely perfect!! I’d absolutely recommend it to any family of 4 or less!

Perfect oceanfront option for small groups.

Laura’s flat is a gem. Centrally located, meticulously clean, tastefully decorated, and with thoughtful amenities. For a family of four that wants to be right up on the ocean without having to bring 22 additional family members along — this is likely the place for you. Touches of luxury are all around — stamped concrete decking and soft turf surround the pool, high quality craftsmanship throughout the house, premium decking and high-end outdoor furniture. They even have the expensive hand soaps! Unlike many of the mega homes that you’ll find along the oceanfront, you get the sense that the owner takes great pride in their flat — evident through the care and upkeep of the property. It’s perfectly situated on a stretch of beach that’s not overly crowded. Walking distance to cafes, ice cream, 7-Eleven, and Austin’s Fish Market.

Not many updated, oceanfront houses with private pool are available for a group of 4, so this is a real find! It was the perfect stay for our small family - great location, clean and nicely decorated, and well appointed.

Great Vacation Spot

Best vacation! The location is ideal and close to many restaurants and a short distance to fun activities for kids, the place is very clean as are the grounds and pool, the host is amazing and easy to work with. Our family loves it so much, this is our third year staying here!
