The VRBO was in the perfect location for where we needed to be, with all the amenities too.But a few little things. The bedroom slider upstairs was so dirty it was hard to see out, and the screen door was missing. No bathroom doors in the upstairs bathrooms. And we didn’t have a remote for main television. All in all it was a nice place!

2023 Family Vacation

Definitely go take tour to see the wild horses in Corolla well worth it. Dolphin cruise was awesome as well. We had beautiful weather. Nagshead is a family oriented environment and so well maintained.

Pictures listed were not what we got

Our unit was old and tired, nothing like the pictures listed. There was a lot of mold in the shower. For the money we paid for this I am certain we could have done better

Poop in the wall in one of the bathroom. No door on bathroom. Has a shower curtain up. Sheets do not fit bed. Left 2 days early. Did send text to property when they sent text asking how check in was. Didn't get response yet when I messaged them to tell them we left two days early I got a message back day of check out saying they were sorry and I should have contacted them. The kitchen is fully stocked. So that was good. Windows were filthy. Could have at least been cleaned in between guest. No instructions for using the TV remotes for downstairs. I couldn't get it to work til my husband arrived next day. We have stayed here before and this was not our experience last time.

Awesome location, could use a more personal touch

Overall we did have a great time and I would recommend the place. Pros: Location is ideal. Just steps away from the beach access. Nearby restaurants, other fun sites, and stores in Nagshead. Pool is included though we did not end up using it. Check in and out were easy. Spacious bedrooms. Place is clean. cons: Inside amenities were basic. Did not have laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, blow dryer, no extra toilet paper for example. There were carpets in the rooms and stairs which probably should be replaced to match the tile elsewhere. A few random outlets did not work. Kitchen is small so we ate out mostly.

June 2018 Stay

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean. Looks like it was recently remodeled. It was nice having a drink refrigerator. The Quays location to the beach access was great. Our one criticism is the Master bedroom bathroom was very tight. Not much room to maneuver between the toilet and closing the door. It would be better to just have a door at the sink entrance. We liked the push button lock entrance.

June 2016 Stay

Great home, we love staying at the Quay, only problem is the kitchen is rather small and hard to move in with more than one person, but that's the style. Everything was kept and clean and fairly new. we enjoyed our closeness to the beach and convince to local shopping, food, and medical facilities.
