“Beautiful place. Close to a lot of tourist attractions. It does not have a generator and the island from time to time looses power. To use the facilities you must wear bands your whole stay. So I just use it my last day. Didn't want to be touring PR with them on. Other than that I would recommend staying here. It's gated and the facilities are amazing. The host was friendly and responsive.”

“The property was well decorated and the AC worked well. Everything you would need in the kitchen was supplied.”

“Stunning views from balcony. Very comfortable and convenient to the beach and restaurants. Definitely coming back next year.”

Rios was great with communication, texting us check-in instructions and things to do during our visit. We traveled with our toddler and Rios provided a crib for him. It was also nice to have an elevator with our stroller. The apartment was spotless and the air conditioning worked very well (a must in July). The main Luquillo beach was under 10 minutes away by...

“The condo was conveniently located about a 3 minute walk from the beach. There were plenty of stores nearby and the location was perfect for visiting El Yunque. I got plenty of exercise walking up and down 4 flights of stairs! It was also great to have a parking spot designated for the condo. The host was very responsive. The condo was equipped with most everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“Best place to stay in Aquatika, Loíza! The apartment was as pictured with all of the amenities listed and more, the place was catered for our comfort, and they thought about everything that we could possibly need. The owners are very quick to respond, are friendly and attentive. The whole complex felt very safe and it was quiet. Great for a relaxing getaway! The pools were clean, the beach was swimmable, and they even had a little restaurant where you could buy food next to the pools, which was...
