“Mr. Larry was an absolute delight!!! His positive disposition was a blessing and a great start to the day! The bed sits on a noisy metal frame that squeaks and groans with every movement. As there is no carpet, you hear everything. The doors don’t reach the floor; so light and all sounds come into the room. The outside door shuts loudly, which wakes you when others come and go.”

“We stayed at this rental for our daughter's A&M ring day weekend. The drive back and forth to campus is pretty direct and not bad at all. The rental was super clean and decorated very nice! Beds were comfortable. If you plan on cooking there and have more than 2 - 3 people bring extra utensils. Kristen was a great host and very responsive. We found time to enjoy the nice outdoor space on the property but never saw the lake :) We hope to stay here again for a Roundtop weekend.”
