Dear MeShon,Firstly, thank you so much for visiting us, we were pleased to welcome you. To be frank, we are surprised to read this review because upon arrival we offered you a complimentary USD 20 food and drinks voucher which you were very pleased with and through out your stay you did not mention any problems at all. In fact at check out when we asked how your stay was, you mentioned that it was very pleasant indeed.We do actually have suites with AC units and also we are able to provide fans.. If the AC was such a priority for you, we wish that you wuld have either booked an AC suite or simply informed us and we would have been happy to place you in one. Also, regarding the food, you had pumpkin samosas plus a salad.. to call this nasty online yet not mentioning any issues to us directly is also quite puzzling.As evident from other responses on this forum, Palacina is renowned for our hospitality, cuisine and indeed our world class accommodation.Thanks again for choosing us and we wish you happy travels ahead.
