“Clean room and great service ”

“The hotel was nice, clean and in a nice location next to the mall. The room service was excellent providing quality service combined with delicious food. All of the staff members at the location from the entrance and throughout the entire building were very friendly, kind, and provided a delightful environment to be around. On my next trip to Kenya, I will be staying here again. ”

“Overall, this is a great hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the pool area, which had limited seating—just four loungers by the pool and a few extra chairs downstairs near the bar. Service could also be improved. When we had issues with our room (such as hot water and lighting problems), it took over an hour for someone to come, even after being told help was coming right away. Simple...

“The room was great. They did a turn down service which was amazing! The bed was comfy and large. The room had a great view. They were kind and the breakfast was good (able to order what you want and a buffet). The hotel felt very safe. I would go back again! I love the stay! It was so relaxing! I also like how they were able to check me in a bit early without any hassle really accomodating”
