“Excellent choice of hotel for stay at Shimla. Though The Family Room was a bit small for a party of three adults, it was adequate for our needs. The breakfast choice and selection was plentiful and staff went beyond to cater for our needs and made our stay enjoyable. Dinner at hotel was one of the best. Food was absolutely delicious. I would definitely stay here again for our next visit. ”

“Superb stay. Really good location if you require quiet strolling around the area with various shops and conveniences nearby. Hotel is very well designed and interior is stylish and welcoming Rooms are spacious some with balconies which was a must for us. Food was tasty and fresh and service great. Attractions are nearby. Very enjoyable stay and definitely recommend. If only time allowed we would have extended the trip. ”

“Wonderful family that owns and manages! All stars for them! Was not particularly comfortable while there. Room was cold and electric heater not strong enough to compensate. Clearly much investment/repair is underway. From what I understand, will be very nice! Particularly the new Valley View rooms which are under construction. I don’t enjoy leaving net-negative reviews but I do think that, in the spirit of honest crowd-sourcing of information…… In short, a cute/historic place with very nice...

(e.g. Taking luggage to and from the room the staff insisted to leave it to them which was very nice service , room service to make up beds in the evening were fast and efficient, IT problems with TV quickly rectified, staff left plenty of water bottles when visiting the room without being asked). The beds were comfortable and the room AC excellent at controlling room...
