That said, I am from Houston, Texas and we move very quickly. So, as long as you have all the time in the world, the service is great! “Jag och min kollega hade en väldigt bra vistelse på Duomo. Vi var där i fyra dagar. Jag gillade att hotellet var miljömedvetet med energisparfunktioner, bra tvål och möjlighet att behålla sin handduk mer än en dag. Alla andra hotell vi bodde på bytte ut tvålen och tvättade handdukarna varje dag. Det var också enkelt att sätta upp en skylt för att slippa städningen. “The stay at Excelsis was excellent. The staff were so accommodating and eager to make the stay comfortable. The food was good, I recommend their chicken fried rice. Breakfast was well prepared as I ordered off the menu, the Spanish omelette was magnificent. All in all a great first stay. Keep up the great work. ”

“Don't charge the restaurant/bar to the room! The bill increases without notice! I had to complain and they eliminate the "surcharged" they applied. The could not give an explanation on what the surcharge is for, it wasn't a room service and I got the bill in local currency while consuming and at the end when I wanted to pay”
