“The staff, particularly the hotel manager were of the lowest sort of honorable character. Moreover, nothing worked in the presidential suite, even lacking hot water for showers. I stayed there many days because I had pre-booked the room, however I wish I had never stayed even one night.”

“The location is outside of kampala and only a supernarket accross the dtreet mo other fscility sround the srea. They have nice room and gave a new gym build in their backyard. But you sre 40 minutes or more to sny other facilities.”

“The hotel was unawaee of our reservation although we were lucky to have found accommodation available. Despite this, we were checked in with ease. The meals were very good . Power outages disorganised our stay and comfort.”
