Friendly and helpful staff, make you feel welcomed. Clean and spacious room. Hot spring is nice. Good location. Buffet dinner and breakfast had good options. It makes Yuzawa an even better place! We love it. Thank you.

The resort first of all is quite overpriced. The ski ticket machine at the hotel didn’t work and caused us a lot time to get a refund. The hotel allows non guest skiers to access the ski slope through the hotel lobby. At times the lobby was filled with hundred of people. It’s a complete chaos. The ...

Tempio Kenmei-ji
Dopo una tappa a Tempio Kenmei-ji, non perdere le altre attrazioni di Nozawaonsen. Questa zona ricca di cultura è perfetta anche se ami le piste da sci.
