This premium Nantucket retreat features two separate structures the carriage house and the guest cottage. Together they offer 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and convenient off street parking. Designed with modern coastal décor and sleeping up to 6 guests, these spaces are ideal for groups seeking a relaxing island stay. Enjoy a private outdoor hot tub, inviting patio, and comfortable indoor living areas perfect for unwinding after exploring Nantucket.

This property is located on a lot that includes a main house, a carriage house, and a guest cottage. This listing is for the carriage house and guest cottage only, along with their dedicated outdoor space and amenities. Please inquire if you are interested in reserving the main house separately.

ACCESSIBILITY AND LAYOUT



CARRIAGE HOUSE

This is a two story cottage with several exterior steps to enter and an interior metal spiral staircase with a railing that connects the first and second floors.

Open concept layout with the living space, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen.



🪜 Second Floor

Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed

Bedroom 2: 1 King bed

🛁 Bathroom 1: Jack and Jill full bathroom shared between the two bedrooms. This bathroom includes a glass enclosed shower with a three inch step to enter. There is no bench seating or grab rails.



GUEST COTTAGE

This is a single room studio with several exterior steps to enter and no interior stairs.



🪜 First Floor

Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds on a built in frame

🛁 Bathroom 2: Full bathroom located within the studio space.



🌴 Outdoor Area

The carriage house and guest cottage share one private outdoor area that is fully separate from the main house via a fence. The space includes the hot tub, patio with dining and BBQ grill, outdoor shower, and outdoor fire pit.

Both structures have locks with door codes. Codes and other check in details will be provided via message and texted to your phone on the day of check in.



The Neighborhood:

This family-friendly area is frequented by locals and visitors alike looking to explore the streets and the beach. While this home maintains proximity to the airport, the Nantucket downtown area has small shops, restaurants, and markets, only 15 minutes from our residence. The shoreline is easily accessible by several neighboring beaches, and downtown Nantucket is just a short bike ride away via the Surfside and Milestone Road Paths.



Getting Around:

Want to explore? We’ve got you covered. There are several different transportation options near us. There are two bike rentals near our home (bikes can be delivered right to the house); Island Bike Company Inc. and Easy Rider Bicycle Rentals. But, if cycling isn’t your speed, Hertz Rentals is about a 15 minute walk away. Downtown Nantucket is just a shuttle or 20 min bike ride from our home, so you can go from beach to town in no time. Just remember to bike safely and wear a helmet!

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.

-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. 

-We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.  

-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 

-Pets are not allowed at this property. 

-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.

-We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Hot tub wasn’t working when we got there, the heating system in the house was not working , had to use space heaters the entire time, and unit had a lot of construction all around. Not up to standards for the price
