Nantucket - Edge of Town

In una strada tranquilla a un miglio dalla città, questo cottage di Cape Cod offre tre camere da letto con bagno completo al piano superiore e inferiore, una cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, lavatrice e asciugatrice, camino, TV via cavo, un patio con mobili, grill e doccia esterna chiusa. Il vialetto offre parcheggio per tre veicoli. Al piano superiore ci sono due camere da letto una con un letto matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti singoli. La camera da letto al piano di sotto ha due letti singoli. Il piano inferiore ha una zona pranzo con cucina a vista. Ci sono pavimenti in legno duro in tutta la casa ad eccezione del bagno al piano superiore.

Overall we had a wonderful time at this property! The location was really central; any easy bike ride to town, the brewery, and the beach! And was very spacious and comfortable for our group of 6. My only comment would be that the listing wasn't completely accurate about the outdoor amenities; the outdoor shower didn't work and that there were two non-functioning gas grills and a charcoal grill without coals in the yard. We booked this house specifically hoping to grill out and make use of the outdoor shower so were bummed when those weren't available! But overall great property and great host.

Wonderful

The minute we set foot I took a nap which I never do. It was super clean, in a great little neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes and we nestled into this adorable cottage. Plenty of room and all you need. A bit of a throwback in time as it’s very basic and simple and as an interior designer I’d love to revamp it a bit but I enjoyed the simplicity and authenticity. Would stay again.

Biggest place😊

Wow! We thought it was a 2 bedroom. It was a 3 bedroom plus 2 bathrooms, two amazing floors? Impeccably clean and well appointed. I highly recommend this property. It could sleep at least 8 people.i almost never left the cottage because it was so cozy! My only negative is...no handrails to get in and outside for fun. I have neuropathy

Nice location away from town

Older furnishings but very clean. Nice yard, surrounded by forest to give privacy from neighbors. Quiet area. Our main suggestion would be to provide something other than a half used jar of instant coffee to go with the coffee maker. Some coffee to actually brew would be nice.

5 of us total, baggage storage location upon arrival, easy access to the house once the 4:00 check in time occurred, great location that made everything we wanted to do on the trip easy to access. Everything that was stated in the listing was accurate. Mary was so nice and accommodating, even offered to mail items that were left behind.

Relaxing place

Second year in a row we’ve stayed here with the family, so we know what we’re getting. Location is a little out of town, but everything is very accessible by bike- beach downtown, Bartlett’s Farm (can’t be missed for sandwiches, pre made dinners, etc). Mary, the owner, is wonderful. A very relaxing place- we love it!

Perfect Family Location in Nantucket

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Mary was a wonderful host and her home was perfect for our family of 5. It has all the amenities of home, is near bike trails and not too far from town. We used Clyde’s cab to shuttle around when needed. We would whole heartedly recommend Mary’s home to anyone looking to stay on Nantucket.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

We highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a place to stay on Nantucket! The location is great as well, minutes to the boat and to local shops grocery store etc.!! The hospitality and service you will receive at this home is top notch! I reached out asking if there was cable at the home, we were struggling to get it up and running( I am not a tech savvy person so I’m sure it was something super easy). Within seconds the homeowner reached out to tell us someone was on there way over. Within minutes the cable was up and running! The gentleman and son who showed up to take a look at the cable were super nice! Again I give this a 10 out of 10 for anyone that is looking for a place to stay
