“The Charles was fantastic!!! Arrival was welcoming, as though we were old time friends. The main part of the house was clearly recently remodeled and painted, all while keeping with the old time charm of the house. Our room was large, and we never felt cramped. Breakfast was so good that we kept bringing it up during the day. And the scones are not to be missed!!! It is now our go to place in Napa. Could not recommend higher.”

“This is a family owned small boutique hotel that offers luxury style amenities. My husband and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and couldn’t been more happy with this hotel. I believe we stayed in loft 11 and just know that it’s worth every penny you paid. The sheets, the bed, the decor, the bathroom was all top tier. Staff were pleasant and very accommodating on arrival. This is also a self check-in and check-out which is convenient. We truly loved our stay. Would definitely recommend...

“Il sentimento nella recensione è contrastante… il luogo sicuramente ricorda altri tempi, arredamenti in vecchio stile e oggetti simpatici, il parcheggio è comodissimo, la possibilità di relax non manca. La colazione poi è super, anche esteticamente. Però… il check-in è stato telefonico (quindi serve una scheda sim per chiamate usa) e solamente successivamente è arrivato un sms con i codici di apertura delle porte. Non c’è ascensore per cui se avete valigie pesanti vi fate tutte le scale come...

“Room condition was standard, staff was short staffed and they did not respect the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our hotel room door. I had to call the front desk to request a shower cap and they said they were short staffed and suggested I go downstairs to the front desk if I needed it. The ceiling hatch in the restroom was left open. Hotel bar closes at 10. ”

“hotel spettacolare, all'interno c'è un ristorante con una stella michelin e credetemi merita veramente, a mio avviso è migliore dei nostri ormai "commerciali" Cannavaciulo e Cracco. l'albergo è vicinissimo alla partenza del treno che permette di visitare le cantine e sul quale è servito un pasto di tutto rispetto”

“Cottage piccolino ma con tutto il necessario.In 4 adulti è un po' stretto ma per una notte va bene. Location un po' defilata dal centro che è raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto. ”
