Quiet location.....no hot sun on lanai which was wonderful and a peaceful view watching the activities of many pretty birds sitting in a large banyan tree in front of the lanai. The kitchen is very well equipped with utensils, dishes etc but short of the usual standard necessities such as dishwasher detergent, regular blend of coffee pods..(.not dark magic ) that are usually supplied for at least the first couple of days. Unfortunately the floors including the lanai floor had not been cleaned of sticky black marks that a previous guest managed to track all through the condo on their shoes, lanai furniture and floor had not been wiped down and the glass dining table still had many finger marks and smears (top and bottom) from previous guests eating at the table. Other than those cleaning issues, the beds were very clean, comfy and lots of extra linens, beach chairs and towels for a long stay. There is a quiet stacked washer and dryer (detergent is supplied) in the unit for added convenience. The resort is very well run and the landscaping and decorative gardens and ponds are exceptional throughout. The pool is pristine and lots of quality deck chairs available to the guests. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay.
