La nostra bella casa unifamiliare con piscina divisa a pianta aperta di 2000 piedi quadrati è spaziosa e ariosa e si trova a Lely e si affaccia sul quinto green sul campo da golf Hibiscus.

* Camera matrimoniale con letto king size, materasso nuovo, cabina armadio, scarpiera.
* Bagno padronale piastrellato, doppio lavandino e ampia cabina doccia con maniglione.
* Due camere da letto per gli ospiti, entrambe con mobili nuovi, letti king size e materassi nuovi.

La nostra casa unifamiliare con camera da letto a pianta aperta recentemente arredata si trova a Lely e si affaccia sul 5 ° Green sul campo da golf Hibiscus.
Rilassandoti nello spazio all'aperto di 1800 piedi quadrati, puoi ammirare i suoni della fauna selvatica - canto degli uccelli, rane di canna, anatre, cicogne ed egrette mentre vengono a visitare l'area dell'acqua tra noi e il campo da golf che può essere visto dal nostro Lanai .
La nostra grande piscina a forma di rene è riscaldata a 85 gradi tutto l'anno.
Per cucinare all'aperto, la nostra cucina all'aperto è completa di barbecue e girarrosto. Per la vostra comodità, c'è un frigorifero all'aperto e un bar che consente di gustare cocktail mentre vi sedete e guardate il tramonto.
Si tratta di vivere all'aria aperta ma se si desidera una notte accogliente in casa ha una sala da pranzo formale per 6.
Il punto focale principale all'interno della casa è la grande cucina a vista di grandi chef professionali a pianta aperta. Completamente attrezzato con abbastanza stoviglie per 12 persone. Superfici di lavoro in granito, doppio frigorifero e congelatore in acciaio inossidabile con fabbricatore di ghiaccio e molto freddo. Inoltre c'è un refrigeratore d'acqua in bottiglia, quindi c'è sempre acqua rinfrescante disponibile gustosa. Lavastoviglie in acciaio inossidabile e numerosi armadi.
Dalla cucina è una vista dell'ampio e arioso salone open space con posti a sedere per 6 persone, una grande TV a parete, Chromecast e Wifi.
Sul lato ovest della casa si trova la master suite con cabina armadio, scarpiera separata e ampio armadio con spazio per appendere extra. Le porte del patio aspetto duello si aprono sul patio con vista sulla piscina e 5 ° fairway.
Il bagno principale completamente attrezzato ha una doccia di grandi dimensioni con maniglione e lavandini a due piazze.
Sul lato est della casa ci sono 2 camere da letto entrambe con ampi armadi. Queste camere sono state dipinte di recente e dispongono di mobili nuovi, nuovi materassi king size, lenzuola e asciugamani nuovi. Uno ha una TV intelligente. Condividono un bagno con vasca idromassaggio e soffione.

Il supermercato più vicino è Publix ed è a soli 2 minuti di auto. Naples 5th Ave, la famosa 3rd Street e Tin City distano meno di 10 minuti in auto. Marco Island è di 10 minuti e in altri 30 minuti sei nelle Everglades. C'è così tanto da vedere e fare una visita non sarà sufficiente.

We had a fabulous stay! It's convenient to everything in Naples and in a gorgeous, quiet neighbourhood. The house is immaculate, beautiful and has all the comforts of home! The beds are very comfortable, the baths are huge, the kitchen is fully equipped and the pool area with its outdoor kitchen is fantastic. Ann and Gill are perfect hosts. They were so helpful and responsive. Thank you! We hope to come back soon

We had a wonderful time staying in Ann and Gill’s property. It has the ‘wow’ factor when you walk in the door. It’s impeccably clean (and I’m a perfectionist about cleanliness). It has very comfortable beds, pillows and bed linen, and a sumptuous huge sofa to sink into, aswell as thick cushioned seats for sun loungers outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you could wish for, the bathrooms have large walk in shower or bath with shower overhead and there are plenty of fresh towels. The star of the show for us was the beautiful pool, we spent many hours outside dipping in and out, relaxing on the patio and watching the abundant wildlife (many different birds, geckos, squirrels, ducks)! It is so quiet, the stunning view overlooks a well kept golf course with a stream running through. Ann and Gill are exceptionally kind and respond to queries straight away. Their communication is clear and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend their home, and we are already working out when we can return!

We stayed for 13 days over the Christmas holidays and had a lovely stay. Ann & Gill were exceptional hosts - proactively communicating with us throughout the process, leaving the exterior lights on for us once they knew we would arrive after dark, and the snacks and drinks they left for us on arrival were SO appreciated since we had not had time to make it to the store. The home is so spacious and was perfect for hosting local relatives for a Christmas Eve dinner. I highly recommend this home if you are ever looking for a place in Naples.

We just returned from this home and would love to go back. The home is in a perfect location. Close to beaches, golf, shopping, fishing, and boating and numerous restaurants. The house is clean and spacious and has all the amenities we needed. We spent a great deal of time in the pool and outdoor living space. The owners were very easy to work with and responded promptly. We rented this house in February, 2022. From the minute we arrived, we felt at home. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood close to everything. We enjoyed our time here so much and cannot wait to return. We love Naples!!!! Next time we will be staying longer. Ann and Gill were so helpful and answered any questions we may have in a very timely manner. We love to bike and walk and there were endless places to explore. My family and I really enjoyed Ann & Gill’s home! It was very spacious and the pool is much larger then some in the area. The pool warmed up to 89 degrees, which was perfect for my oldest son and wife who love really warm pools. The house is about 3 miles from Naples beach and downtown area. We had most of our dinning from the area delivered and used Instacart for all of our grocery needs. Ann & Gill were extremely responsive when I had a question or needed anything. If you are looking to get out of the cold and relax, this house is the place to stay!

Ann & Gill were the perfect hosts. Very responsive and helpful! The location of the house is south Naples not far from Marco Island, Tin City and 5th Ave. Also about 30 minutes to Vanderbilt beach and 40 minutes to Bonita Springs. Just a great location. Bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen was clean, beach chairs provided and pool was warm on chilly days. Ann & Gill, thank you for memories of a lifetime at your wonderful home.

The house and property was MORE beautiful than shown. The house AND the neighborhood was absolutely perfect! The responsiveness of the owners were timely with all of our questions, even though they were in a different time zone, which we were very appreciative of. The house has everything you would need. Some of the utensils /pans were burned or damaged from previous guests, but they had extras, so was not an issue at all. The beds were comfortable, the pool was spotless (and heated), the property was well cared for, location was great to beaches, shopping, restaurants, etc...and I would not hesitate to book this place again....you can thank me later.

We have stayed in several vacation rentals in the past and this was the best one yet. The home is very comfortable and the location convenient. We enjoyed swimming in the heated pool daily. Gill and Ann are wonderful hosts. When the AC stopped working they had someone there to fix it right away. I would highly recommend this lovely home for your Naples vacation.

We loved this property! The outdoor living space is amazing. We enjoyed cooking and dining outside and our children loved the pool. The inside of the home was clean and spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The home is located in a great neighborhood. I can't wait to go back!

We spent 4 weeks in this beautiful home. It was immaculate and it had everything we needed. The outdoor space was wonderful - we spent hours by the pool taking it easy. Inside, it was like home away from home, so comfortable. We can’t wait to plan our next trip back to Naples. Gill and Ann were the perfect hosts. Thank you both for sharing your home!

The property is very nicely located convenient to many places in the greater Naples area. The pool, deck, and patio are awesome! We enjoyed swimming and relaxing there daily while watching the golfers during the day and taking in the sunset late in the day. The house is in good condition and well maintained. However, we did have a couple of concerns. When we made the reservation, there appeared to be a TV in most, if not all, of the bedrooms and the family room in the photos. However, there was only 1 TV in the family room when we arrived. There were cable jacks in each room, but the TV system was switched to a streaming device. Although this wasn't a major issue, we all had to agree on what to watch which wasn't easy when our sons and their spouses came to visit. We enjoy cooking and we were disappointed in the quality of the cookware and utensils. The kitchen was beautiful with plenty of work space but was seriously lacking in pots, pans, quality sharp knives, and bakeware. Other than these concerns, we thoroughly enjoyed the property and would return should a compatible rental date come open.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very clean and has everything you could need from a very comfortable bed to a great shower. The standard of the property is very high with a great kitchen with everything you need. The beach chairs and umbrellas and coolers were used a lot on the great beaches in Naples. The house is on a very quite street and the pool backs onto a golf course with lots of wild life and golfers. We spent many an hour just watching and feeling relaxed. We spent many nights eating outside by the pool and watching the amazing sunsets. I would highly recommend this house and will definitely be returning.

Das Haus ist wundervoll. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie es beschrieben und fotografiert war. Das ist Haus ist super ausgestattet und ist für Familien super geeignet. Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt und super sauber. Ganz besonders sind die Vermieter zu erwähnen, die sehr sehr nett sind und auch während des Aufenthalts immer ansprechbar waren und sehr bemüht waren, dass wir uns wohl fühlen! Einfach nett, vielen Dank an dieser Stelle noch mal an Ann und Gill! Wir können das nur empfehlen und wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful home Feb and March 2018. February in Naples set record highs of mid 80's to our delight and we enjoyed the 85F temperature of the lanai pool. Overlooking the 5th hole on the Hibiscus golf course was scenic and entertaining. The home is an openly designed ranch with bedrooms on both ends and great room with dining, kitchen, living room in the middle. Well stocked with amenities such as bicycles and everyday pantry needs. Very clean and well-manicured yard done weekly and pool maintained by a professional service was an added bonus. Ann and Gill made contact weekly to make sure everything was going well. The few problems we did encounter were taken care of by their management property agents. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend it to friends and family.

There are always surprises when renting a vacation home, some good, some not so good. For us, we couldn’t have picked a nicer home to spend 3 wonderful weeks. Ann & Gill were in contact at least once a week to insure we had everything we needed as well as a book of ideas there at the home. So helpful and fun loving women that made us feel very much cared for and comfortable. I promise, if renting from these wonderful ladies, you won’t be disappointed.

The house is beautiful and has all that you need for six adults. Although the area had lots of trees damaged during the recent hurricane it was still a very beautiful part of Naples and all the main shops, bars, beaches, and restaurants are no more than 10-15 minutes drive. Even the Everglades only takes 40 minutes to get to. Ann and Gill's house is really well equipped and we made good use of the outdoor cooking area next to the pool. The beds are very comfy and the kitchen has every utensil you will ever need, especially a dishwasher. This was a great find, and if we ever decide to go back to the Naples area, we will most certainly consider renting this house again. Peter Kavanagh 1st to the 15th October 2017.
