L'Atelier è una parte del mio appartamento, ad uso esclusivo per gli ospiti, con ingresso indipendente al piano terra di Villa Elena e Maria, stile liberty - eclettico costruito nel 1913 vicino alla terrazza panoramica di San Martino di fronte Castel Sant'Elmo, Museo '900, Museo e Certosa di San Martino, Pedamentina, nel pittoresco quartiere di San Martino al Vomero. Alloggio sicuro e confortevole in un quartiere residenziale, ben collegato con il centro storico da tre Funicolari (Montesanto, Centrale, Chiaia) e Metro Linea1 con parcheggio taxi, in Piazza Vanvitelli (autobus linea C37). L'alloggio è costituito da due ampi ambienti luminosi (altezza 4,20cm.), con disimpegno e bagno. L'Ingresso con porta blindata ed estintore ha un soggiorno con mini frigo, WiFi continuo in tutta la casa, bottiglie d'acqua, bicchieri in vetro, apri bottiglie, cestino, vetrina, poltrone, tavolini, sedie, lampade, finestra, tende, scudi oscuranti, cancelli di sicurezza, persiane esterne.
Il disimpegno ha una porta che separa i due ambienti, una vetrina con mappe della città, musei e luoghi d'arte, consigli su ristoranti, caffè tradizionali e bar carini per l'aperitivo. Il bagno con doccia saliscendi Grohe, WC. lavabo, tenda idrorepellente, accessori in acciaio, specchi, asciugamani (due per ogni ospite), sgabello con cuscino, mobile con asciugacapelli, cuffie, sapone liquido, bagnoschiuma, shampo, tappeto in cotone, aspiratore, cestino, presa elettrica.
Ampia camera matrimoniale, letto ampio matrimoniale in ferro battuto laccato, struttura in doghe, materasso nuovo in lattice, lenzuola, cuscini e coperte extra, coprimaterasso e copri cuscini, comodini design in vetro e ferro con coperture decorative in legno, cassettiera, stand, grucce in legno appendiabiti, ombrello, ampio tavolo in vetro, Sedie, set colazione con bollitore, caffè solubile, the, camomilla, tisana, tazze in porcellana, specchio, lampade, finestra, tende, scudi oscuranti, cancelli di sicurezza, persiane esterne, ventilatori a piantana con telecomando, riscaldamento.
Non ha cucina né TV né AC.
Le due stanze con finestre, affacciano di fronte il Castel Sant'Elmo e sono protette da cancelli di sicurezza.
Uscendo a pochi metri sulla sinistra trovate la terrazza con il belvedere della città vista dall'alto, nel Piazzale di San Martino, il bar Scaturchio per la colazione e per l'aperitivo, il ristorante La Locantina con prodotti tipici della Campania, il pub inglese Frank Malone.
Consiglio Il Parco della Villa Floridiana in via Cimarosa, per chi ha voglia di rigenerarsi nella natura e vedere un panorama mozzafiato che affaccia sul mare. A 300 metri si trova la funicolare di Montesanto che porta al centro storico in 4 minuti.
Il sabato sera potrebbero esserci dei rumori.
Uscendo dal portone troverete le strisce blu a pagamento nei giorni feriali, gratis nei festivi. per parcheggiare oppure il garage GEPARK in via Morghen, convenzionato.

The Atelier is a part of my apartment, for the exclusive use of guests, with independent entrance on the ground floor of Villa Elena e Maria, liberty - eclectic style built in 1913 near the panoramic terrace of San Martino in front of Castel Sant'Elmo, Museo '900, Museo and Certosa di San Martino, Pedamentina, in the picturesque neighborhood of San Martino al Vomero. Safe and comfortable accommodation in a residential neighborhood, well connected to the historic center by three Funiculars (Montesanto, Centrale, Chiaia) and Metro Line 1 with taxi parking, in Piazza Vanvitelli (bus line C37). The accommodation consists of two large bright rooms (height 4.20 cm.), with hallway and bathroom. The entrance with armored door and fire extinguisher has a living room with mini fridge, continuous WiFi throughout the house, bottles of water, glasses, bottle opener, wastebasket, display cabinet, armchairs, tables, chairs, lamps, window, curtains, blackout shields, security gates, external shutters.
The hallway has a door that separates the two rooms, a display cabinet with maps of the city, museums and art places, advice on restaurants, traditional cafes and nice bars for an aperitif. The bathroom with Grohe shower, toilet. sink, water-repellent curtain, steel accessories, mirrors, towels (two for each guest), stool with cushion, cabinet with hairdryer, headphones, liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo, cotton rug, extractor, wastebasket, electrical socket.

It has no kitchen, TV or AC.
The two rooms with windows, overlook Castel Sant'Elmo and are protected by security gates.
Exiting a few meters on the left you will find the terrace with the view of the city seen from above, in Piazzale di San Martino, the Scaturchio bar for breakfast and aperitifs, the La Locantina restaurant with typical products of Campania, the English pub Frank Malone.
I recommend Il Parco della Villa Floridiana in via Cimarosa, for those who want to regenerate in nature and see a breathtaking view overlooking the sea. 300 meters away is the Montesanto funicular that takes you to the historic center in 4 minutes.
On Saturday evenings there may be some noise.
Leaving the door you will find the blue lines for a fee on weekdays, free on holidays. to park or the GEPARK garage in via Morghen, which has an agreement with us.
