Located on the 5th floor of an early 20th-century building, with exceptionally bright spaces thanks to the beautiful skylights, the apartment consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The bathroom features both a shower and a jacuzzi tub.
The atmosphere is that of a romantic retreat where modern architecture meets the natural beauty of light, creating the perfect place to relax.
The apartment is located on one of the main streets of the city that marks the border of the Historic Center and connects the sea to the oldest part of the city crossing the large square of the central station. Around the apartment you can find commercial activities of all kinds: food, clothing, pharmacies and artisanal activities. The neighborhood is a mix of modernity and tradition and in it residents and people of all nationalities blend harmoniously.

Guests have access to the whole apartment.
Towels and bedding are provided on arrival.
Free WiFi (FTTH fiber technology).
Only one set of keys will be given regardless of the number of guests.

The apartment is not suitable for older people or people with reduced mobility.
Fresh sheet and towels are provided on arrival and are not replaced during the stay.
Air conditioning and heating are ensured by the splits placed in the living room and in all bedrooms.. To use A/C, heater and electronic devices a key must be inserted. Regardless of the number of guests, only one set of keys is provided.
An extra charge of 20€ will be applied for late check-in after 7pm (30€ after midnight). Any late check-in must be communicated and confirmed at least 78h before check-in. I hope you can understand that after this time limit I can not accept any late check-in request.
I always assume I'm dealing with couples who will sleep together in double beds. If you need to sleep in separate beds/rooms you should be kind enough to let me know - at least 48 hours before check-in - what accommodation you prefer.
