“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic waterside villa – ideal for families! We stayed with our wife and 4 children and had a brilliant holiday. We were sceptical at first as there were only 3 reviews, but realised it’s a new listing – and we’re so glad we booked! Arrival exceeded expectations: the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, all appliances like new, perfect for family meals. Beds are huge and incredibly comfortable; bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The laundry room was a great bonus. Pool area...

“This property was very clean and comfortable. It is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood with well-kept private homes. Furnishings were modern and accommodating. The pool was fun, but the air was cold during our visit, so we didn’t use as much as we would have liked. The only major complaint we had was that much of the cookware was badly treated Teflon with chips and peeling surfaces. Otherwise, the kitchen was great! We had a wonderful stay!”

“Place was clean , good location , close toShops. Pictures mostly like listing. Enough room for 6 adults and 4 children. Dishwasher was broken which took a little time away from trip to constantly clean up , otherwise would recommend. Good communication and a good base for our trip to Marco. ”

“We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed this spacious home. The pool and backyard area were great and where we spent a lot of our time. Home was very clean. The kitchen is huge and really allows multiple people to be there and not crowd each other. It was about a 20-25 minute drive from Ft Myers. Grocery store right down the street. Great place for a large group.”

“Great house. Very clean. Centrally located for trips to Everglades city Bonita springs and sanibel. Pool and hot tub were nice and were enjoyed by the teens and tweens in our group. Property manager is very responsive to any questions. It’s located off a busy road but not terrible or noisy. Overall we would highly recommend this rental. It’s not super fancy but has everything you need and a nice place to stay. Thanks again for a wonderful week. ”

“This property is a great place to stay!!! The house is clean , organized and beautifully decorated and lots to do for everyone in the family. Had one little concern and the host took care of it immediately. Karen goes above and beyond in communication and hosting for her guests. She provided a beautiful tray of snacks for my grandkids and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. Lots of pool items- lifejackets, beach chairs and beach toys and Herman who does boat tours is an outstanding tour guide!...
