Hotel per chi ama l'avventura a Nápoles

“Excelente ubicación, el área muy segura. El personal de seguridad muy amable. Limpieza excelente. Definitivamente regresaré.”

“Very nice and Secure location”

“Little dirty ”

“Brand new building. Cozy, clean and spacious. Very kind and helful staff (were there 24 hours). Delicious bed, plenty closet space. Beautiful bathroom. Loved the towels! Excellent price, Excelled my expectations. Would highly recommend.”

“The towels were clean, but they were very old. They were grey rather than white, every edge was frayed, and one had a hole of about 7.5 cm by 5 cm. The blinds were covered in a residue, and overall the place did not feel very clean. Communication was poor. Responses were slow, and my questions often went unanswered. I complained to the hotel and still wait...

En lo único que tuve un pequeño inconveniente fue en el olor de las almohadas, parecía que no fueron cambiadas pero como estaba muy cansada decidí no comentarlo y solo retirarlas de la cama. De ahí en general...

“Pros: Aesthetics, Balcony Views, Location, Kind Front Staff, Secure Cons: No bedding for the additional 2 guests (“room sleeps 4”) after asking 3 times we received 2 flat sheets. They were unable to accommodate 4 guest towels (2 were initially provided then a 3rd was all they could spare), room only serviced once during 4 day stay so trash piled up, we had a difficult time regulating the temperature (either too cold or humid) so it made it difficult to get restful sleep. Keep in mind breakfast...
