Cottage a Napoli

“Nice place and setting but bring your cleaning supplies”

“There is NO house number on the building. The host did NOT provide us with info prior to arrival, we had to message him to get access. It appeared that check in was at 4:00, but turned out it was 3:00. The actual property appearance does NOT look like the pictures online. Outside is overgrown, dirty and cobweb’s everywhere. “Loved the view at the house on Demmon Lake. Cozy and cute!”

“This house was excellent. Very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need. Also had plenty of towels for the family. The beds were very comfortable and it’s very quiet. Very easy to get to Penn Yan by car in a few minutes. We will definitely rent this property again.”

“Thank you Christine for allowing us to enjoy your lake home. The cottage is clean and comfortable and charming. We enjoy fishing from the dock or the canoe. Winding down the day with a fire and making smores is always enjoyable. I highly recommend this spot.”
