“This is my first time returning to beachside after 20 years. The hotel is pretty much the same just has been though, from my understanding two owners since the last time I was here. The property no longer has its pool which was a bit disappointing as it was my understanding it was still there but it was explained that the new owner needs to have it removed due to being it such bad condition. “I booked this property because of the waterslide and little water park area. The room was very clean. The mattress was softer than I usually sleep on. The breakfast was fresh and always full. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had already checked out but I forgot something and the staff at the desk immediately went and got it for me. The Hotel was warm and inviting. July 8-9, 2026 KB”
