“Everywhere we went inside the premises smelt of stale cigarette smoke like an old ashtray is laying around amongst some strange spicy sweet scent! The pool should be heated snc is way small and they could go with a heated hot tub! Don’t think this will be on our top 10 and I was also overcharged ”

“Had such a fun overnight stay at Wallacia Hotel celebrating our friends’ wedding. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the staff were lovely, and it was the perfect place to relax after a beautiful day with friends. Bonus points for karaoke, such a great way to finish the night with lots of laughs, music, and memories. A relaxed country pub vibe with good food, good company, and a fun night all round. Would happily stay again!”

“We had to check out after being in the room for an hour - my daughter's allergies flared up so badly due to dust and dirt in the room.
We were charged the full amount of our stay - we had booked for a 4-night stay - and we accepted that we would be penalised for 1 night. However, they still charged us for the entire stay.
The rooms are terribly tired; the carpets have not been cleaned, and the surfaces are very greasy and poorly cleaned.
Proceed with caution...”
