  • Questa casa originale e conveniente, situata in posizione centrale, ricca di carattere, offre una sistemazione confortevole e rilassante per un massimo di 12 persone, desiderando utilizzare la meravigliosa veranda per quelle serate rilassanti.

    I punti salienti includono:
    -> Comandando alcune delle migliori viste di qualsiasi proprietà sulla costa meridionale
    -> Elevato aspetto rivolto a nord dal grande avvolgente veranda
    -> In una giornata limpida si vedono l'orizzonte colline e montagne alte che circondano Ulladulla a oltre 100 km di distanza
    -> Goditi una breve passeggiata nel meraviglioso parco Rotary + parco giochi, Main Wharf, cinema locale .. e molto altro ancora!
    -> Cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, 2 frigo / congelatori - adiacente alla sala da pranzo separata che può ospitare 10-12 persone.
    -> Wifi disponibile.
    -> Barbecue a gas mobile a sei fuochi.
    -> Un sacco di parcheggio fuori strada.

    NOTA BENE: supplemento per gli ospiti di $ 10 a persona a notte per 8 persone.

    La proprietà è servita da acqua calda istantanea a gas continuo che serve due docce e riscaldamento anche nel soggiorno separato e nella cucina / sala da pranzo per quei giorni e notti più freddi. L'ampio bagno principale comprende una doccia combinata con base adatta per il bagno dei bambini piccoli. La biancheria include una seconda doccia. Un secondo servizio igienico si trova sotto la copertura della grande veranda.

    Avvertenza: questa struttura si trova in una zona residenziale. NON è una casa per le feste e l'uso della proprietà in quanto tale non sarà tollerato. Ti chiediamo di rispettare i vicini circostanti e di ridurre al minimo il rumore (compresa l'attività all'aperto nel barbecue). Se durante il tuo soggiorno Whale Coast Realty dovesse ricevere lamentele sul rumore, la prenotazione potrebbe essere cancellata immediatamente

Location great. Wouldn’t stay if less than 4 people going due to price but bargain if you have more people chipping in.

Only good thing about the property is the location with a great view.

The overall state of the property is in disrepair and very poor condition frequented by rats and mice. Deck had holes, loose nails, windows cracked and holes. One family member leaving our holiday early due to the state of the house. Otherwise the location is fantastic..

The house is overpriced to rent - smoke alarms not up, broken toilet seat, paint coming of ceiling but service from real estate was good just very disappointed in house and price

Reviewer Comments: The position and character of the house are exceptional, the kitchen and amenities were more than adequate, the position is first class with views that cannot be beaten. We had a great week. Our only concern was that if you walked through the house barefoot your feet became black and required washing. The floors needed a real good washing.

Perfect size, great location

We were a large group, four adults and 7 children. Was perfect for that - especially with two living areas. Bit rough and ready, but that's reflected in the price. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome Location

Loved our stay here. Very close to the pub without being too close to hear the noise. Beautiful view on the balcony. Beds could do with replacement and Queen size put in instead of the doubles. Rooms a plenty big enough. Will definitely be back again.
