“Wow, what a fabulous place for a Staycation. The buildings are all old and have been left in their original form however the rooms are great, the food great, the location however, fabulous. If you want a break and enjoy a walk and a glass of bubbles or two with a view, this is the place. I have lived in Sydney all my life and cannot believe I have never stayed her before. We will be back every 6 months.”

“The staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. The location was perfect, right in front of the beach and surrounded by excellent restaurants. The hotel also was fantastic. The only downside for me was the cleanliness. When we arrived, there were pieces of paper on the nightstand, the surfaces were dusty, and there was hair in the shower and on the bathroom faucet. “Bathroom renovations not complete, blue and white hose from under vanity connected to floor drain. Gap at top of new bay windows exposing rusty patch. If you have a large 4wd you will have difficulty parking”

“We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the room was and how quiet the place was. A lovely large window to let fresh air in while sleeping, a comfy bed, friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay again, much nicer than a clinical hotel room in our opinion.”

“Really clean and comfortable room. Staff were very helpful. Good price and great location. I was staying by myself, but I felt really safe. The pub is a bit noisy, but that is to be expected and the noise died down before I went to bed. The nice communal area with tea/coffee and toast/cereal and a share library was a bonus.
