Casa unico situato in desiderabile Briggs Farm in bella Narragansett. Questa casa è stata completamente ristrutturata da costruttore / proprietario. Cucina è dotata di un doppio Tri-convezione Forno e isola generoso aperta sulla zona pranzo. Lavanderia chiuso fuori breezeway al primo piano. Fuori la cucina è un ambiente chiuso proiettato in veranda sul retro per più posti a sedere e rilassarsi. cortile ha nuovo patio cemento stampato con grill, tavoli e sedie. Anche in questo settore è una doccia esterna con acqua calda.

Vi è una aggiunta di 700 piedi quadrati, con due ampie camere da letto moquette, bagno piastrellato completo e grande zona di seduta aperta con legni di quercia bianca. C'è una veranda coperta con due sedie cielo, e mobili da giardino. Il lotto è 14.000 piedi quadrati con un altalena, scivolo e altalena dei pneumatici e cortile per il gioco. Aria centrale su due zone. I letti tra cui scegliere sono 5 regine e 2 doppi e, se necessario, vengono forniti 4 materassi singoli. Cucciolo Amichevole! A pochi passi dalla Sunset Farm per frutta e verdura fresca e torte appena sfornati e di visitare gli animali della fattoria. La casa è abbastanza grande per molte famiglie. Ampio 2 box auto, strada privata generoso per un ampio parcheggio. Forniamo un sacco di sedie a sdraio, tavole da boogie, giocattoli da spiaggia, lenzuola ombrelloni, coperte, trapunte e teli da bagno.

Prendete un breve 20 minuti di auto storiche Newport e Jamestown. T. F. Green Airport si trova a 25 minuti di distanza. Providence è a 30 minuti in auto. Questa casa si trova in posizione centrale a tutte le spiagge, negozi e ristoranti più famosi. Closest Movie Theatre si trova a meno di 10 minuti si trova a South County Commons. Bordo del Block Island Ferry in Galilea soli 2 miglia di distanza. Il traghetto sul traghetto veloce è a soli 30 minuti e sulla grande traghetto, la sua circa un'ora. Il Block Island ci sono molte cose da fare con i bambini e gli adulti di divertimento. È possibile noleggiare biciclette, ciclomotori o prendere un taxi o addirittura portare la propria auto sopra. Un sacco di visite turistiche, spiagge, tour faro, molti ristoranti, negozi, bar, e passeggiate a cavallo, le aziende agricole, porti turistici, darsene e le scogliere favolose.

Superchicks Take Narragansett

Incredibly well appointed with ALL necessitiesfor a summer vacation: multiplebeach towels, umbrellas, chairs, corn hole game. Kitchen items:Wine glasses dishes platters pots and pans baking items plenty of silverware waffle iron coffee station with several types of coffee pots including Keurig and French press. Very clean! Pretty much anything and everything you would want for a magnificent time away!!!Robin was immediately responsive to any concern we had.

Girls trip

We are 6 women who went to high school together and we enjoy a long weekend away once in a while. This house was perfect! Besides being immaculate, there was so much room, it was comfortable for everyone and we had an awesome time. Robin was delightful to work with and I would highly recommend this property for your time away.

Beautiful Home

This house was so beautiful. We had plenty of room for my large family and it was spotless. You do not need to bring anything to cook with. There was everything you needed as far as plates, cutlery and pots and pans. There is a separate coffee bar and then a cocktail bar. I will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful home (with So much space!!) that had everything we needed. Robin is lovely to work with and the community is gorgeous. At the end of our stay, I already had my friends and family asking when we would be coming back. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

2nd retal from robin

We have now rented twice from Robin, the host. This house did not dissapoint, just like the other. Very spacious,so much room for everyone and everything. Loved that we were able to bring our dogs.

Turkey day 2024

We had 13 family members staying at the farm. We had an additional 10 folks that came over for Thanksgiving day dinner. The house was very well equipped to handle this crowd. We all enjoyed it and had a wonderful holiday!

Beautiful stay!

We stayed with a larger group on this property and there was ample parking and sleeping arrangements for everyone. The house was clean and had everything that we would need. It was a great place for us to hangout and was a reasonable drive to places around Narragansett and Newport.

Great House for multiple parties

The house has a great layout with 3 separate sleeping areas that make it ideal for multiple families. There were plenty of linens, beach chairs and toys, etc. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great house for a family gathering

There were 12 adults and 5 children. Robin went out of her way to accommodate our needs! She provided 3 pack and plays which was a huge help. The kitchen is extremely well equipped Plenty of towels for everyone! There was a slight issue and Robin responded quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Clean and enough space

The house was really clean and the a/c was left on so when we entered the house it felt good on a hot sunny day. Bedrooms and bathrooms were tidy and clean. The decor and the furniture of the house was nice and comfortable. Location is Ok, it was about 8 min drive for stores or beach.

Beautiful home perfect for large parties

4 couples and 6 kids and a pet! Perfect for all of us. No fighting over bathrooms, no cramming for common areas, short drive to Narragansett town beach and close but not on major road to get to where you need to go with clear instructions and helpful information for seeing the area. Would stay here 20 times over!

Perfect for a celebration

This house was amazing, the inside furnishing are top notch, and the flow of the house is perfect. Had my 50th bday party, and we have 4 teenagers therefore sleeping was great as the kids had their own section of the house. Also with just under 50 people the backyard was great for a large gathering. Lastly Robin was great, and responded to anything we needed in a matter of minutes. We will look to stay at this property again for sure.

Beautiful property

We had an amazing time at this house. Robin was very attentive and communicative in the booking process along with checking in. I arrived about fifteen minutes early and reached out to her to see if I can enter and she responded very quickly allowing us to do so. The house was extremely spacious and beautiful. The pictures are gorgeous online but the house in person is even more so. We couldn’t believe how spacious it was as well as clean. It came equipped with plenty of towels and fun games to play. We definitely enjoyed our stay and was the highlight of our girls weekend. Thanks Robin!

Daughters graduation

This house is amazing. It fit us all comfortably and is beautifully decorated. Everything is all new and it has great outdoor space. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bathroom had lots of towels. We didn’t get to go to the beach, but the garage was stocked with everything you would need. The host was very easy to contact and was very accommodating. My only advice would be to make sure you bring soap for the bathrooms. I was surprised to find out that there was none, ☺️

Beautiful Bedrooms & Bathrooms, but Halted Construction Impacts Kitchen Area and Outdoor Atmosphere

Used the house for an extended family getaway. Overall, enjoyed the location very much; convenient to beaches, towns and around a half hour to Newport RI. The bedrooms, bathrooms and upstairs sitting areas are newly redone and very nice. The house is very well stocked with beach accessories, linens and kitchen items. However, as other recent reviews have mentioned there is halted construction at the house that impacts the atmosphere in the kitchen and outdoors and does not provide a general sitting area for a large group other than the dining room table. The kitchen area was completely different than the photos in the listing -- the photos showed a beautiful light, open area with a screened in room with additional seating whereas the current kitchen is dark with a brown carpet and plastic over the glass doors. (I see these photos have now been updated on the listing, but the old ones were up on the site at least until September 18th). I appreciated the offer of our being able to check into the house early. Communication with Robin was very nice and prompt until after our stay when I mentioned the kitchen area discrepancy between the listing photos and reality. Her response was not gracious.

The house was a good size for our guests but poor communication with the host, the house renovation and the kitchen photos listed inaccurately put a damper on our stay. Robin’s communication was disrespectful, dishonest and accusatory. The kitchen photos listed were false and the kitchen that was at the house, although functional, was not as pictured- due to the house under renovation (which was also not disclosed to me prior to our stay). Robin further blamed me and guests for breaking the AC, which was not functioning properly since we arrived, and Robin offered no help to remedy the AC until after our stay.

Great home - beds are super comfortable. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked. The only issue were 1) location - not close to beach and parking was impossible 2) construction on property took away the advertised screened in porch which could have been a children’s bedroom 3) carpeted kitchen??? When they do finish the house - it will be beautiful

Property under renovation and backyard looks like a construction zone

The house is under renovation. A cease and desist order was on the front door dated feb 2023. We booked the house in nov 2022 for a wedding with family flying in from Scotland. We were not told about the house renovation until the day before we arrived when we reached out to ask a question. While the 7 bedrooms were quite nice and the upstairs bedrooms had small seating areas for a small number of people, there was no common area for us to hang out in inside the house on the first floor. The renovation I believe is meant to address this but didn’t help us. The only common area on the first floor has a dining table with seating for 8 people. The backyard where we were going to hang out looked like a construction zone with lumber covered with a tarp and plastic blowing on the part of the house under renovation making sitting out there not at all inviting. There were two glass tables with umbrellas out there but we weren’t inclined to use them. We sent an email to the owner the day we arrived requesting a discount since what we thought we were booking and what we got didn’t meet our expectations but we were told no as they believed that the house was fully functional. The owner knew about this renovation since February yet did not mention until we were checking in. Renters beware!
