“I am overwhelmed at the thoughtfulness and kindness of the manager of this property Cliff. He went above and beyond on my short stay here!! He offered the staff wifi when I couldn’t get connected. He welcomed me when I checked in late and was so tired. He got me a fresh breakfast when things were out and delivered to my room. He really changed my way of thinking of a super8 on a last min stop. I cannot rave enough of his commitment to his property and management!! Thank you!!”

“My phone number was not set when I arrived. I responded to a request for my number via Expedia. I also call to speak with someone to make sure they had what they needed. I got voice mail and left a detailed message about my arrival and my phone number. When I arrived the lock was not programmed to the last 4 digits of my phone number. I called in, but every time I selected one of the options, the phone disconnected. I continued to call and press different options until one time, someone...

“The best I can say about this place is that we had a clean comfortable bed. The room wasn’t horrible but there was hair in the tub, and the freezer was full of frost. The bathroom also had rust and bubbling paint. The pool and hot tub were old and needed cleaning. Also the pool was only 4’ deep,”

The biscuits were hard, the electric pancake machine was never filled, the turkey sausage was clearly heated and reheated, and I question whether or not it was from what was left over the day before.
