The Bode was the perfect location and our unit was great for our family with two small kids. The room was immaculate and decorated adorably. The little backyard was perfect for the kids to run off some steam. Walkable to Broadway but quiet location.

The ceiling can’t hold us

The only problem was the thin ceiling. We heard everything above us. We called and it got worse. I just don’t think there is enough insulation.

Perfect place for our group of 12!

We loved BODE! It was the perfect size for 12 girls. Plenty of room to move around, sleep, and get ready. The communication with Eve at Bode was so easy and smooth. She got us everything we could need. Check in was great, and we were even grated early in checkin like we requested. The kitchen had a coffee maker and dishwasher. The cafe downstairs had delicious coffee and breakfast items. The location was great in comparison to Broadway and everywhere we wanted to go. It was gated with a code to enter, so we felt secure the whole weekend. I would recommend this to anyone!

Perfect Nashville Stay

Loved the location, rooms, & bathrooms were large(hot and great water pressure). We loved how easy it was to park, check in, and check out. We walked everyday to Broadway, museum's, restaurants, and bars. The bar, outdoor jenga area , and coffee shop were a great addition downstairs for guests ! You do need to pay to park on site so make sure you account for that -luckily they give you a nice discount.

Great location

Overall the stay was really good. From my previous experiences with VRBO properties this one I thought was overpriced for the offerings. Also, getting an additional charge for damage to a sheet that was just a little hair dye that is easily washed out was frustrating given the cost to stay was exorborant.

This is the best accommodations I have ever had. Extremely large unit, impeccably clean, walking distance to Broadway and an excellent staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Celebrated 21st Birthday

Wonderful experience for the 11 of us!! Super cool space & property!!! Two things to note: - the rental did not come with a fuseball/ping pong/playable table as indicated in the VRBO description - there is no sound proofing between floors; We were on the first floor. The 2nd day of our stay a group checked in above use with 2 children. The children ran around labors us starting at 6:30am each morning. It was very loud and disrupted our sleep and our relaxing in the rental.

Will stay again!

We loved it here! The location was perfect. The living room dining room and kitchen were beyond spacious with a lot of seating. The bedrooms all had private baths and king beds so everyone was equally comfortable and the bunk room was fun for kids.

Great space for a large group

Fabulous, spacious open concept. Lots of seating. Bedrooms were large, beds were comfortable. No door on the bunk bed room was unfortunate. A curtain would improve the privacy for anyone sleeping in that room. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the soft close trash can. Location was excellent. Public spaces were awesome as well including firepit areas and games room.

Awesome stay at Bode Nashville

Property was great! Walking distance to Broadway, great outside areas to hang out, beds were very comfortable and staff was very friendly. Will definitely go back!
