La mia bellissima casa con tutto il necessario per godere di un paio di giorni a Nashville! Ma la parte migliore - Solo minuti dal centro! Solo circa un taxi $ 8 a quartiere dei divertimenti!
Questa è una casa di 2 camere da letto / 2. 5 bagni
Ogni camera ha il suo bagno!



Per arrivare in centro, hai molte scelte:
- Camminare per 15 minuti fino alla fermata del circuito di Music City presso il parco del Bicentenario (servizio di autobus gratuito in centro dalle 6:00 alle 18:00 tranne la domenica)
- Fai una passeggiata di 30 minuti (il mio preferito! Lungo il percorso sfogliare Farmers Market, quindi checkout parco bicentenario, quindi adottare le misure di capitale fino alla creazione di capitale dello Stato (controllare la vista!), Poi a War Memorial Plaza e il tuo centro! Solo una breve passeggiata fino alla Chiesa di San quartiere dei divertimenti, e si deve uscire sul ponte pedonale sul fiume Cumberland solo per la vista di Nashville !!
- Prendere un ascensore $ 6 o giro Uber (Seconda scelta migliore !!)
- Meno di 2 unità miglia (! Ma il parcheggio costerà you..especially sulle weekend più affollati)

Vacation

We arrived about an hour early and when I messaged the host, he was nice wnough to let us in early. Everything was beautifully decorated and clean. Overall, the house was very comfortable. The only suggestion I have is if you like to sit on the couch with a throw, bring one with you. Other than that, it is completely furnished to cook and eat in. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner are supplied in the bathrooms and there are plenty of towels. We stayed 3 nights and didn't run out.

Great House

This house is super cute and very clean. Liquid soap in all bathrooms. Charging stations everywhere. Coffee bar with everything you need. Backyard is super cute and cozy. Easy Uber ride to Broadway. Neighborhood felt safe. Host was very easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here.

Nashville rental

Cute and comfortable home with private back yard. This was perfect for our stay. Close to the places we wanted to go. Having 2 bedroom and bath combos was great! Also an extra half bath downstairs. We appreciated all the extras like coffee pods, laundry supplies and toiletries. Those are hard things to pack in a suitcase. We had a great time.

Great house. Great location. We had a married couple and a best friend. Love the set up of house. Each bedroom with its own bathroom. Mr Rick was excellent host and easy to work with. Location was minutes from downtown. Great experience.

Perfect location!

My husband and I loved this house! Very spacious, had everything you’d need, the bed was super comfortable, and it was close to downtown Nashville. We walked and Ubered. The walk is about 2 miles one way, and all sidewalks. We felt safe walking even at night. The hot tub was really nice to have after walking around all day. The host is very easy to communicate with and is quick to reply to any questions. I highly recommend this place!!

We, party of two couples, thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was beautifully appointed and exactly as described.The outside space was lovely and we appreciated the hot tub after a busy day sightseeing. Highly recommend the walking route to Broadway that Rick suggests as there are so many sights to appreciate along the way. Mostly as described

The place was exactly as described. Beds were comfy, linens were high quality, space was perfect for a party do 3. Fortunately for us, we didn’t. Red to sue the kitchen for anything but reheats but it appeared adequately stocked for any cooking we would want to do. The patio was adorable but it was stormy or freezing each day so all we used was the hot tub.

Sweet house with backyard oasis & hot tub

We really enjoyed our stay in Nashville. The house was perfect! It was close enough to Broadway so we could walk. The backyard was so cute and private and the hot tub very much appreciated. Our beds were so comfy. The bathrooms well stocked. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for cooking, I was especially happy to find good knives! The owner very easy to communicate with. Will definitely be back Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Third times a charm!

This is the third time we have stayed at one of Richards properties and as usual, it did not disappoint. Came for a concert at the Ryman, which was awesome, and the home was such a comfortable place to come back to on a chilly, rainy night. Always well appointed with everything you need. Clean, stylish and comfortable. Both homes are so well located anything is a inexpensive cab or Uber ride to downtown. Will definitely book again.

Mother Son Trip

Warm , Cozy , Zen

The home is very warm and cozy feeling The decor is not over done . Great colors on the wall that are very zen . Made great use of space . The 2 bedrooms are upstairs , if you have trouble with stairs this is not the place for you . The back yard patio is very nice , love the decor . I had to contact the owner Rick to ask a question and he was quick to respond .

Great Nashville Home Base

Rick’s place is great. 2 couples stayed 4 nights very comfortably with 2 bedrooms each with its own ensuite. The outside area is stellar ! Hot tub and lots of outdoor seating options. We loved hanging out in the warm fall weather. Walking distance to grocery store, local restaurants and farmers market. Quick Uber ride from Broadway meant we could come and go easily. Highly recommend.
