6 Bed - Perfect close 2 Downtown NFL Sunday Ticket

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Enjoy the BEST of Nashville in this townhome that comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests!!!! This gorgeous home will be all yours and features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a gourmet kitchen.

Parking includes one off-street space and free street parking.

Property just 1.5 miles from Nissan Stadium. 2 miles from downtown, lower Broadway will be all yours for bachelorette parties or a weekend getaway.

The main living area has a sleeper sofa (opens to queen size), loveseat, and a 55” flat screen smart TV. There are two additional seating areas for eating: a 4 seat dining table, and 4 barstools at the kitchen counter.

As a bonus, you will have access to all NFL Games through NFL Sunday Ticket with Youtube TV. If you are coming in for a game at Nissan Stadium and need tickets I will be able to provide tickets. Price TBD.

The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It comes equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, really anything you could need if you wish to cook during your stay. There is also a Keurig with provided pods for your morning coffee. The kitchen also includes a 2 slice toaster, electric wine bottle opener, and filtered water.

The main level also features a half bath, a bedroom with a twin bed, and a back patio with seating.

The upper level has 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a laundry room with provided laundry essentials.

Master bedroom: Queen bed with 55” TV, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower, and walk in closet.

2nd bedroom: Queen sized bunk beds

3rd bedroom: Queen bed

Hall bathroom with double vanity, shower/tub combo, and skylight

A twin sized air mattress is also provided for an additional guest sleeping arrangements.

Guests will have full access to the entire home with the exception of locked owner's closet.

**HOUSE RULES/AGREEMENT MADE UPON BOOKING**

A great deal of passion went into the design and decorating our Nashville home so that it would be both beautiful to behold and beautiful to experience for ALL. We assume all of our guests will be respectful and excellent, but we still want to make sure you understand our rules and expectations so we're all on the same page. Please help us preserve our house for your and others' future stays by accepting these rules before you book:
-There is NO smoking allowed inside the property. If smoking outdoors, please keep doors and windows closed so the smell does not enter the house. Discard butts in the garbage can.
- Absolutely NO pets whatsoever allowed ON or IN the property.
-Absolutely NO major parties. If you're looking to book our place to throw a party, we have exterior security cameras that would allow us to see if there is a party going on and how many guests are ACTUALLY staying at the house. We're ok with small celebrations with the allotted amount of guests allowed/booked for (no more than 10/unit).
-Decorations: Absolutely NO GLITTER and NO CONFETTI. Any decorations you put up must all be taken down including any tape residue. Any tape residue or damage found on walls due to your decorations will result in a $200 charge.
-Use cosmetic wipes or cloths for makeup removal (not our white linen!)
-Please leave the house in the condition you entered it in. THE CLEANING FEE DOES NOT COVER EXCESSIVE MESS. The fee is to cover the expense of hiring our awesome cleaner to clean all linens, kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, dusting, and up-keeping the house. It does not include her cleaning up after any disrespectful messes left behind. Please follow the easy check-out instructions we'll have provided you. If you follow those, you’ll be in good shape.
-Please communicate with us about anything that has been broken during your stay. Any excessive mess or damaged items MAY result in withholding of deposit. We are reasonable people and will understand if accidents happen, but please do not try to "hide" it from us as we want to make sure everything is taken care of or fixed before our next guests come to enjoy our property.
-RESPECTING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. Remember, you're not renting a hotel room, you're renting a house in a neighborhood where people live. We ask that you respect our neighborhood and neighbors by keeping your exterior noise level down at ALL times during the day. ANY complaints received from our neighbors (whether noise or just being a disturbance in any way) will result in withholding of deposit.
-Internet Use: NO illegal downloading of any sort, no p2p file sharing.

EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:
Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please do not ask on the day before or the day of arrival as we will NOT honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last-minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit.

The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. The same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check-out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.

Other things to note
**We do NOT host local guests** A lot of time, care, and money has been put into this home that we LOVE. I only want to have the best guests who will respect my property AND my neighbors. Not looking for rowdy crowds to stay here!

Great space

The location is perfect. Only a five to ten minute ride to downtown. Good neighborhood with plenty to do. The condo was very clean, well-stocked, and bet accommodating.
