“Great place to stay in Nashville. Easy access to everywhere. Kitchenette and laundry are lifesavers. The gym set up was good too. Common areas between rooms got a bit messy, but otherwise a great clean and comfortable stay. Check in and check out were seemless and easy.”

“The property was very nice and easy to get to. The check in instructions were easy to follow. The traffic noise is very loud at night, even with the noise machine. The beds were ok, the sheets were kind of scratchy. The floor was dirty if you were walking barefoot. The bathroom needs more towel bars or hooks to hold towels. It would be nice to have bottled water for the coffee since there is no water filter on the fridge. There is a lot of construction on the street of the building so it was...

“I enjoyed the room and would stay here again. I only had one issue and that was the lack of cable TV. I like to watch news shows and some network television. The room only allowed streaming.”

“Very satisfied with Studio 154. Very well located to Nashville activities. Almost everything was walking distance. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. So close to Broadway, a person can walk safely to and from. Far enough away, a person can relax and have a quiet evening. The management on site during our stay was Joanne. Absolutely marvelous. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When we return, which will be soon, this is where we are staying.”

Walkable to Nissan (about 30 minutes), Ubers seemed easier to get from downtown than the west end where we stayed last visit, and generally about 8-15$ depending on the time of day. The place was very clean and big. There is parking on the street and the property had parking as well. There is an elevator which is handy. “This place is in an excellent location only half a block off Broadway. However, that means there is no parking included so it cost us $120 extra for three nights of parking a block away. It also means you will be awake until three in the morning on Saturday nights because the bedroom windows face the street, which is directly across from several bars. “Came into town to wedding dress shop. Wonder time”

“Clean, comfortable and great location. I think someone was giving a hippo tango lessons upstairs, though. It’s irritating that they make us not only pay for my own TV source (e.g. Hulu), but mow also pay for Chromecaster just to watch TV at the end of the day. Also note that the ground floor looks out into a parking lot and sidewalks, so you have to keep the curtains closed if you don’t want to feel like you’re in a fish bowl. Otherwise, it’s a fine place to stay. ”

“I loved this property and would definitely stay here again! The apartment style rooms were really nice for a group in town for for a wedding. We also had a dog with us and they were pet friendly (for a fee) but it was nice and spacious for the dogs to enjoy too. ”
