The pool was closed and the elevator was not working, but we were given the option of a first floor room which we declined because we are able to climb stairs and other were aren't able deserve first floor rooms. Our room was clean and we opted out to have maid service the first morning as we had plenty of towels, soap, cups, etc ..but they were right there to help when needed. Honestly very friendly.
