Nice small size room that was perfect for those not spending a lot of time in your room. Comfortable bed, nice view of mountains and stores, small refrigerator, nice bathroom/shower, portable a/c, portable heater, rotating pedestal fan, two small stackable closets (high as a shirt hanging on hanger), tv, coded main door and coded room door - no need to carry card or keys to get in. Perfect location to park vehicle and walk to stores and restaurants.

I would not call this luxurious or a suite. This was a bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom was smaller than most hotel rooms but it was not priced as such. There was no counter space to set anything on the sink in the bathroom.The location was great for shopping in Nashville.

No thermostat to control air. Only heat was small electric unit. No smoke alarm. Was required to remove sheats from bed. No room service. No staff at facility. Electric outlets didn't work. USB port didn't work. No microwave. Both mornings industrial cleaners taking up space in parking lot, creating loud noise below our room at 7am each day. A totally unpleasent experence. I can't believe we actually paid for the hassle and inconvience. I want to have my money back. A waste of time and money. We will never trust Expedia with anything again.

Little getaway

The room is the right size for 2 people. It is in a great location to be able to walk to all the shops. It is right next to a place for a wine tasting and food areas.

Weekend Getaway

This cute little flat was perfect for our weekend away. Great location and a very comfortable bed! Just what we needed! Only thing missing was a hair dryer. Will definitely be back!

The loft

Room was tiny, once we put our stuff in there, there was no place for anything. It was in a great area. We were walking distance to everything.

Great Location

Perfect for short stay. Room was as advertised. No issues at all. Wish there was a bit more counter space in the bathroom but that was a very minor thing. Very comfortable bed and the location was great.

Great location good for short stay

Great location, cute, but small and doesn’t have refrigerator, microwave, blow dryer. It’s great for short stay. The bed is stiff and they don’t wash outer blankets. Does have Netflix which was nice and air conditioner works well.

Nice getaway

All was pretty good. Clean room. Comfy bed. It was nice having the portable a/c unit as the room was stuffy upon arrival. The bathroom sink and mirror area was tiny and tight. And there needs to be more water pressure from the shower.

Nice property

Nice, no frills, property. I wish there was a small refrigerator and a coffee pot. It had everything else we needed. The place was clean and location was perfect. I wish there was dedicated parking spots as it was challenging to find available street parking during the day. It would have been nice to have better coverings over the windows in the doors….white blinds with incomplete slats didn’t exactly feel super private. Overall, nice place.

Everything was fantastic. The unit and the location. The only mishap was the lighting in the room. The bed, nightstand lamp did not work, and the track lighting on the ceiling was extremely dim and would not brighten up,

Quaint Little Place

My husband and I stayed two nights in this cozy space. The room was great for the amount of time we stayed. I wouldn’t recommend a weeks stay as it doesn’t have a fridge or microwave. I noticed in other reviews that parking was an issue. It wasn’t for us, but we weren’t there during the busy season. It would be nice to somehow have an assigned parking space. The one thing we really enjoyed was walking to restaurants and shops. We would definitely book again for another short stay.

We did not enjoy the room and left one day early rather than stay in the room an additional night...here is a partial list of concerns...The shower has no holders on which to place soaps and razorsThe shower floor was slippery and should have a matThe towels were musty smelling and did not dry wellThe bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in...fine initially but a problem the longer one is in a sleeping positionThe heater was loudThe chairs were uncomfortable to sit onWe left early...and went to my daughter's place, which was much nicer.

Don’t Stay At This Facility

The rooms are made of fake walls so light shine’s thru the ceiling. There are no amenities. You pay a cleaning fee yet you have to strip all the lines and take your trash to the dumpster. Very difficult to communicate with property management.

The spot is perfect for a short stay. You are close to everything. The room does have a few downfalls. There is no table big and sturdy enough to set a suit case on when opened up or just set things. The chair I tried to set in was so wobbly I was afraid it would collapse. The bathroom has NO counter space. I had set my items in the sink when getting ready. Then because there's no counter space I had to set my blow dryer and straightener in the sink, which is a safety hazard. And 2 adults trying to get ready doesn't work. There's no mirror or outlets in the bedroom, so someone can get ready there while someone else is in the bathroom. Lastly, the AC unit is loud. We ended up leaving a day early because we weren't getting a good nights sleep, that is more personal preference. Some people may not be bothered by it.

Good choice for a good night sleep and town access

Location is superb, walking distance to the entire shopping strip. Bed was comfortable. Has portable a/c unit, heater and fan; keeps the room comfortable. Shower is very nice. Sink stand needs a little repair, got a nice wood splinter in the hand, but no big deal. It was clean and had body soap, shampoo and conditioner. No hair dryer. Two items that would enhance this room would be a closet you can hang clothes in. It has two gym type lockers only. The other would be a mini fridge, just to keep some water and drinks cool. The blind did fall in the middle of the middle of the night, string broke, but I am sure the owners will repair that and. The door window blind. If your goi g to stay in the room all your stay, probably not the best convenience, but if you are wanting a good nights sleep and good shower and out on the town access.. great choice! ,

The suite was clean and well stocked. Instructions were not written for this particular space but larger cabins. Location was amazing!!!! Space was above the visitor center. Doors were left open often and I kept closing them. Space was an old retail type space and had a weird door. Amenities were great. Extremely quiet area with the exceptions of the hall generated a lot of echoes when other guests would arrive or exit.

So where do I start.... First you get I giant exit signing lighting up the room bright red the entire night. The first night we the main ac that you cant control was blasting so hard I had wished I brought a coat to sleep in. There was a heater/ac unit that we tried turning the heat up to offset it but that didn't work. The next day we cam home from being gone a few hours and the AC had went out in the entire building causing to be around 90' in our room. I set the small portable unit to "turbo cool" and we left for a few hours hoping when we returned it would feel normal. We had some exceptionally hot weather outside this particular weekend. When we returned it was still extremely hot inside. My wife found someone from the cleaning staff and they went to get help. I texted the number provided to give them details but was left on "read" and never got a response. Someone came to the room and realized the portable ac/heater vent pipe wasn't properly attached to the wall. We gave it a couple more hours and thankfully the room got to a tolerable temperature to sleep in. After all of this, we definitely wouldn't stay here and would be very hesitant to stay at any of the other Moondance branded places.

Room was small and clean. Comes with a big bed, beautiful windows and AC/Heat and fan! The door is not sound proff but its a quiet area. Comes with the usual cleaning fees but you do all the work. Great location to walk all over town

I haven’t been this disappointed in a VRBO accommodation EVER. For 256.00 a night, all in, I would have expected better than an afterthought office space. There was nothing more in this room than a bed and a small bathroom. NONE of the typical basic amenities. No coffee maker, no microwave, no where to open your suitcase, no room in the bathroom to get ready…….Totally my fault for not researching deeper. The temperature wouldn’t regulate consistently. There was a floor unit AC/Heater, no control over the over all temp in the room from the vents. The noise in the hallway from neighboring kids running up and down the corridor, the noise of the elevator, street parking if you’re lucky and that’s not close, especially if you have stuff to pack up and down. I’ve rented in Nashville for years and never have I been this disappointed. I will not recommend this location or be back. I’m sure for some, this location is perfectly acceptable but for me, having spent close to 800 for much nicer places in Brown County……almost 800 here for 3 nights was absolutely ridiculous. I hate leaving a bad review but I wish someone had given me a thorough idea of what I was overpaying for
