Ritirati nella GratiDude Lodge a Leipers Fork

GratiDude Lodge ha appena subito una completa ristrutturazione. Era conosciuto come Lyric Spring Country Inn ed era un B&B di proprietà di Patsy & Ed Bruce. Ed Bruce era un noto cantautore e attore. Ha scritto "Mamma non lasciare che i tuoi bambini crescano per diventare cowboy" e ha recitato nella serie di successo della TV occidentale "Maverick". Artisti country come Johnny Cash hanno abbellito la Loggia e lo stesso tavolo da biliardo usato da queste star oggi è seduto nel salone. Abbastanza bello, eh ?!

Prenotiamo l'intero lodge come un elenco in airbnb ma prenotiamo anche le nostre camere singole separatamente. Se le camere vengono prenotate separatamente, l'elenco GratiDude Lodge non sarà disponibile per la prenotazione. Camere:
The Saloon: (2 posti letto) Questa stanza al piano di sotto è allestita come un vero e proprio salone con bar (non forniamo alcolici ma sentitevi liberi di portarli da soli). Ha anche un tavolo da biliardo. Un letto Murphy nel salone può ospitare 2. Ha un mezzo bagno. Gli ospiti possono utilizzare la doccia al piano superiore nell'atrio condiviso dagli ospiti di The Zen Den.
* Creek View Suite (4 posti letto): questa suite privata al piano superiore ha un letto king size e un letto a castello con bagno privato con una splendida cabina doccia. Le porte scorrevoli private conducono fuori al portico avvolgente che si affaccia sul torrente con un'area salotto privata per gustare il caffè del mattino o il whisky della sera.
* Pond View Suite (2 posti letto) Questa suite privata al piano superiore ha un letto king size che può anche essere convertito in 2 gemelli. Questa camera ha anche un bagno privato. Le porte scorrevoli private conducono fuori al portico avvolgente che si affaccia sul laghetto con una zona salotto privata per gustare il caffè del mattino o il whisky della sera.
* Suite Zen (2-6 posti letto) Questa suite al piano superiore dispone di un letto king-size che può essere convertito in 2 letti singoli e di un bagno appena fuori dallo spazio nel corridoio. Questa suite comprende anche una zona soggiorno con camino e TV. Il divano (divano del salotto - non un divano letto) può ospitare comodamente una persona e quindi abbiamo diversi materassi gemelli che possiamo allestire per persone in più se hai un gruppo più grande. C'è un ingresso privato alla Zen Suite che esce anche alla piscina interrata di acqua salata.

* Creekside Studio (6 posti letto): questa è un'unità secondaria che può essere prenotata separatamente (NON inclusa nella tariffa notturna del Lodge). Lo Studio può ospitare fino a 6 persone e ha il proprio soggiorno, sala da pranzo, bagno completo e cucina completa. La zona giorno può essere allestita come spazio di incontro per seminari, presentazioni, yoga, ecc. Ha una TV a schermo piatto da 82 "che può essere utilizzata anche per presentazioni multimediali.

Al piano inferiore, c'è una cucina per chef gourmet completamente fornita a disposizione degli ospiti e una sala da pranzo che può ospitare fino a 20 persone.

I proprietari di GratiDude Lodge possiedono anche la nota proprietà adiacente, GratiDude Ranch, e offrono ai loro ospiti Lodge l'opportunità di visitare il ranch, incontrare i 27 animali domestici della fattoria nel ranch tra cui una mucca in miniatura di nome Red, maiali in miniatura, capre, in miniatura asini, un pony e un cavallo insieme a cani e galline! Cene private da fattoria a tavola sono disponibili anche in base alla disponibilità del nostro chef. È possibile richiedere la disponibilità al momento della prenotazione.

Accesso ospite
Avrai accesso solo alla tua suite. Le altre stanze della casa possono essere prenotate da altri ospiti. Se il salone non è prenotato separatamente come spazio individuale, è possibile che gli ospiti giochino a biliardo.

We had a large family group at Lyric Lodge for a week. The property, including the home itself, pool, and all the rest was just what we needed. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, silverware and everything we needed for cooking like pots, pans, baking sheets, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed the long table with enough chairs (and then some) to accommodate our entire group at mealtimes. It was also perfect for puzzles, card games, board games, and bracelet making by the kids. We made s'mores around the fire pit one evening. The kids also had fun in the shallow creek and feeding the animals nearby. A Publix as well as Wal-Mart were within an easy drive. We also made it to nearby Leiper's Fork and Franklin. All in all, a great family getaway the whole group highly recommends.

We treasured the time together as an extended family and this house had so many outdoor gathering spaces! Every room was so comfortable and well done! We enjoyed all of the amenities - with the pool, pond, creek and hiking trails there was no need to go anywhere else for fun! The kitchen was well stocked to prepare all of our meals and we appreciated the good supply of towels. The dining area was such a great place to celebrate and be together:)

This property and the owners exceeded our expectations! The house was beautiful, well maintained, extremely well stocked, and the layout was perfect for a large family gathering. The openness of the kitchen area was so nice, and the separateness of the sleeping areas was even better! The layout made it easy for younger kids to go to bed without being disturbed by older kids and adults. The pool area was large, spacious, and pretty. We loved the salt water pool (so much better than chlorine!). There was plenty of outdoor furniture for everyone and so many unique spaces for people to gather: pool area, upper porch with swings and chairs, brick patio with fire table, and even the creek just across the street had Adirondack chairs and a fire pit. The kids loved playing in the shallow cool water everyday and it was almost always shaded. The communication with Jason, the property owner, was quick and easy. He responded promptly and was always friendly and easy to work with. We scheduled time to visit his gorgeous farm area with many different animals, which was just a short 5 minute walk away. If you stay here, you must located the book that the owners made that shows the whole renovation process of the home. It was so cool to see how it started off and all the work and details they put into the property to make it as beautiful as it is. The thought and consideration put into this home is apparent throughout.

We had a family reunion and the property was superb! Very clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc! Beds were very comfortable and plenty of pillows to choose from! Plenty of bath towels, wash rags and even had pool towels! Did I mention the pool was super clean, clear and heated?! Casual space with table and chairs along the creek made a great gathering place as well as a wonderful creek for the kids to play in! Owners or rather host, were very accommodating and ask us to text or call with any questions or request! Even took it upon themselves to invite us to bring the kids up to the animal petting area! Don’t know if anything that would have made it any better, unless they cooked our meals! Oh, by the way, they can invite you to a farm to table dinner! Thanks for providing us with a wonderful setting for our family reunion!

We stayed here between Christmas and New Years with our four children and five grand-sons. Everything was perfect! There was plenty of room (both inside and out) for the kids to play without risk of breaking anything; we began most days with a short walk to visit and feed the farm animals; followed by fishing in the pond; then late afternoon bonfire, games and rock-throwing down by the creek. And after the little ones went to bed it was time for our evening pool tournament in the saloon with a nice fire on the adjoining patio. I also want to say that this is the best equipped property I’ve ever stayed at for meal prep. They had everything we needed to prep/serve 3 meals a day for eleven people. I highly recommend this property and will likely return sometime when it’s warm enough to take advantage of the swimming pool.

My wife and I took our children and their families to Gratidude Lodge and Inn and had a great time. There was plenty of space for each family to spread out and relax and plenty of space to have meals together and play games. We enjoyed the beautiful lodge and property, especially the pool. The kids also loved seeing and feeding the animals at the ranch. This was a great location for easy trips into Franklin.

We had a wonderful experience staying here in June. There were 12 of us that stayed. Everything is so clean and comfortable. The pool is a wonderful gathering place for everyone. The kitchen is huge and such a terrific spot to make & have dinner with a large group. We enjoyed going to see the animals one day and the creek is lovely. We would gladly come back again!

This property was absolutely stunning. I came with a large group of friends and we had a perfect weekend enjoying the property and the heated pool. The house was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully outfitted for any type of cooking/baking endeavors. I couldn't recommend this property enough!

My friends and I had an amazing time at the GratiDude Lodge. The place was spotless, the property was beautiful and the pool was amazing. I echo prior reviews and recommend you rent the guest house as well if you want the property to yourself... we did. The guest house works great as an additional living room space and it's very close to the lodge. Jason and DeMarco were so friendly and responded to everything quickly. Such a cool spot, we're already talking about coming back next year.

The property is very spacious, updated and clean. All the rooms are huge with new, comfortable mattresses and pillows. The saltwater pool is great and immaculately maintained. The owners were great at responding to questions and were very polite. They were very easy to get a hold of and accommodating. Especially to the kids when they let us come out to see the animals at the petting zoo. The property sits about 20 minutes from the nearest grocery store, so be sure to stock up to save yourself multiple trips to and from. Only blip of the stay is the wifi and cellular connection in the area is tough and not reliable. The owners provide a landline which helps a ton for calling out and conference calls, but only reliable wifi spot on your laptop is the saloon/game room. Will definitely look into renting again if the owners feel the same! Thank you again for allowing us to use your family friendly property.

We had a fantastic getaway for 2 weeks hanging out by the creek and then by the pool all day. It was a great change of pace from Chicago. We were the first family to stay there since they had remodeled and a few things were still being fixed, but once those were addressed, everything was great. Internet and cell service isn't the best which wasn't a big deal but we did have work so I would use the land line for conference calls. The creek across the street was a great place for the kids to explore and once the day warmed up they were in the pool the rest of the day. If you want it to just be your family on the property, I would rent the entire main house, and then the small coach house as well. We will be back again and bringing family.

Our vacation at the lodge was perfect. Our family rented the entire lodge and the guesthouse for 7 nights. The pool was amazing, the hosts were friendly and accommodating. We will be back!
