The views are breath taking and serene. You will have so many places to sit, walk or relax. Your modern space has a private entrance & full privacy. You are renting the bottom apartment only. You will have the yard, space and amenities all for your solo use. Your space has a bedroom, kitchenette & beautiful full bathroom. There is also a bonus room with a futon, table & tv. The house is only 2 miles from the Nashville shops. There's a firepit with chairs & large deck. Near the house, there is an overlook, lake & nature preserve.

Amazing!
This place is perfect for adults to get away for a weekend! So close to downtown Nashville and brown county state park! Such a gorgeous view off the back deck, so clean inside, quiet, you ARE the only ones on the property, and the lady we rented from was so sweet, good communication, so helpful with everything, and answered every question so quickly! We will definitely be back for another weekend!

It's a great little spot
Really nice place, and just as advertised as far as how it is vs the pictures. I chose 4 stars for overall when the individuals were 5 for two reasons. First, there was no direct way to control the hvac system. I had to ask for it to be turned up. I did that once, but it's highly annoying to me not to have control over the equipment in the place I'm staying. Not a big deal probably to a lot of people but I'm the one who was there, and it bothered me. Since I'm in the hvac field, maybe that's the reason it bothered me. Second, it's not its own place. It's directly connected to the main house via an open stairway that was only blocked off by Styrofoam and a treadmill. Honestly, that was a bit uncomfortable, and I wouldn't have stayed here had I known that there wasn't even a door between the downstairs rental and the rest of the house. To be sure, the place was nice, the host communicative, the view amazing, and the deck was nice in the mornings. If what bothered me wouldn't bother you, you'll really enjoy this place. Thank you.

Great owner and property
Looking out the windows or off the deck and seeing nothing but beautiful scenery is amazing. The property was clean and inviting. The owner was also incredibly kind and accommodating. She went out of her way to make sure we felt welcome. Thank you so much for the lovely place to get away for a bit!!

Very cute property, nicely decorated, everything you need for a long weekend. Gorgeous view! Easy to park and check in, far enough from town to enjoy some quiet.
