• Luxury Hot Tub: Seamlessly embedded into our massive multi-level deck, the brand-new Aspen by American Select spa is the crown jewel of the property. It comfortably seats up to seven guests and features 65 fully adjustable stainless steel therapy jets, dual high-performance pumps, ambient LED lighting, and a soothing waterfall. Soak under the stars while overlooking the sprawling lawn and forest.
• The Deck & Porch: Enjoy your morning coffee on the west-facing porch, or gather the group for an afternoon cookout on the spacious east-facing deck under the patio umbrella.
• Fire Pit: Just steps from the house, a dedicated fire pit area looks out over the woods. We provide ample seating, complimentary seasoned firewood, a lighter, poker, and bellows for the perfect evening of roasting s'mores.

• The Blue Room (Primary): Elegantly designed with a King-size bed, an en-suite full bathroom, and a private, direct entry to the expansive deck.
• The Lavender Room: A whimsically designed space featuring a comfortable Queen-size bed.
• The Orange Room: Perfect for kids or remote work, featuring a bunk bed with two twin mattresses and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
(Additional sleeping space is available on the living room's Queen-size pull-out sofa. A washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen area for your convenience).

The 5-acre property features inviting landscaping and a maturing orchard with apple and peach trees. In the evenings, landscape lighting illuminates the surrounding trees, creating a magical nighttime vibe. Keep an eye out for our frequent wildlife visitors—you might spot deer, rabbits, wild turkeys, pileated woodpeckers, owls, eastern bluebirds, hummingbirds, and cardinals enjoying the property right alongside you.
