Relax in our outdoor sauna space. A cedar barrel sauna with Harvia electric heater is available for our guests use. Seating for 4-6 guests inside. Note: this is in our yard facing the side street, with a private sitting area for relaxing pre+post sauna.

GUESTS AND VISITORS
★ All guests and visitors must be included on the reservation count.
★ There is an additional $25 charge, per person, after the first 8 in the home.
★ All visitors, even those who just come for lunch, etc, will be charged as extra guests and must be included in reservation.

★Exterior Cameras: exterior only cameras are present to ensure safety, reviewed only if needed.

No pets, no smoking, no parties, and quiet hours after 10 PM to respect the peaceful neighborhood.

Basement bathroom on a grinder pump. $300 emergency service fee applied to any guest found backing up the toilet with waste.
BBQ Grill: Please make sure it`s 5` away from the house. Please clean utensils when finished and recover supplies.

Back Porch Furniture: Upon departure, please recover the table and chairs and take down the umbrella.
