Enjoy your own sports field and all the outdoor spaces you can dream of. This is a new listing but with a 7 year veteran host, ready to make it special!

The space
This newly listed large 4-bedroom house offers 6 queen beds and 3 bathrooms, providing ample space for large groups. Enjoy total privacy to play music. Revel in the rare blend of seclusion and proximity, a true gem! Comfy beds were a priority so find a mix of hybrid and memory foam mattresses.All the furnishings are new in this 1980's home, hosted by a 7-year VRBO pro and abstract artist. Admire original art and decor design by a full-time artist, supporting my small business during your stay!

Comfortable beds and bedding were a priority! There are 3 memory foam, and 3 hybrid mattresses for your choosing. Equipment provided on the sports field: adult/kid soccer and 1 goal, football, dodgeball, small and large cones, tires, flags, and more.

This property is a hideaway close to the center of Nashville. It is like an island and we spend a great time in this beautifully decorated house. Erin is a great host an artist. We recommend to visit her gallery.

Nashville Getaway

Great home with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Great for our family to see some of the Nashville sites before a family wedding. Great kitchen!! We loved the play area and easy access to shopping and freeway. Host was great to work with. Would definitely love to stay again

Great place to stay!

Close to downtown Nashville, nearby to restaurants and stores, but quiet. House looked just like the pictures. Ample amounts of towels, toilet paper and other toiletries provided. Plenty of room for our party of 9. The host was responsive to all questions. Definitely recommend

Perfect for us!

The property was awesome! If you are going to experience downtown uber and Lyfts are quick and accessible. The host was great! We stayed for 4 days and really enjoyed our time as friends there. 10/10 recommend for anyone with a large group looking to stay and spend time together!

Great Stay

We had a group of 10 stay here for almost a week and it was great. I loved that the house felt like you were tucked away from the world but so accessible to the city. I appreciated that we never ran out of wash cloths or towels. Overall a great stay! We’d for sure stay here again!

Great Christmas Stay

Our family, from 3 states, gathered here for Christmas 2023. We came to Tennessee because one of our children and his family live in Hendersonville and we wanted to spend time in the area. This house was perfect for our family. The open floor plan allowed us to stay close even when we were cooking and the large table allowed us to all eat together. It rained a bit so we were not able to spend as much time outside as we would have liked but the kids enjoyed the swings and we all enjoyed the wonderful field. We played pickleball, frisbee and football, as well as, just let the kids run around. Our host Erinn was always available to ensure we had everything we needed. They even had a pre lit Christmas tree. I would highly recommend this rental if you are needing a place in the area.

Perfect place for us

The house was perfect for our family of toddlers and adults. We loved being outside watching the kids play. The house was well laid out for the group. Our host was super! We appreciated her flexibility!
