!!HOUSE RULES!!
1. No parties or large gatherings.
2. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
3. Pets are allowed but there is an additional fee to for $85
4. Be respectful of neighbors and follow all local laws and ordinances.
5. A maximum number of individuals listed on your form, regardless of age, may occupy or be present at the property at any given time. You will be fined $100 for any unauthorized guest.
6. No eating or drinking in carpeted areas of the house.
7. All trash and recycling MUST be placed inside trash bags that are securely tied and closed.
8. Subleasing this unit is not permitted.
9. Smoking or vaping indoors is not permitted. For outdoor smoking, guests must dispose of waste properly in designated receptacles.
10. Access to the rooftop is restricted and not permitted for guests.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please help us maintain our sanitization and cleaning schedules for the next guest.
If you’d like to request a late check-out, please contact us through the booking platform or any of the contact details provided at the end of this manual. However, please be informed that we may not be able to grant your request if we have a same-day check-in.

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS

Before you go, we have a few things we ask you to do. Here’s a list of things to do before check-out:

1. Leave the towels on the floor and strip the sheets.
2. Check the fridge and throw away any perishables and leftovers so the fridge is like when you arrived.
3. Make sure all countertops are cleared off and items are in the trash. Our cleaners will take it out to the exterior trash cans.
4. Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it before you leave.
5. Double-check all rooms to make sure you didn't forget anything!
6. Please make sure to lock the house before you leave.

Our Unit is Unit E, We have a dedicated parking space of 2 cars in our garage with secure parking and extra space, perfect for your needs.
