Touché Turtle Condo, Unit 14A is a 1,360 square foot ground floor Condo in a gated and child friendly exclusive community of Palm Cay Marina & Beach Club, a 69-acre private community with beachfront and ocean views on the Island of New Providence. This Condo provides the perfect destination and experience for a vacation of a lifetime!
This luxurious Condo is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath complete with travertine tiled floors, a covered patio overlooking a garden, its own pool area and a nicely appointed master suite with an ensuite bath. Absolutely beautiful accommodation for up to 6 people, a very safe, private and quiet home away from home. You have free access to the pool located right outside your Condo. Although not immediately on the beach, you are just a 8-minute stroll to the beach, passing the world class marina.
The Condo is spacious and features several amenities that will make your stay very comfortable and enjoyable, including extra comfy indoor and outdoor furniture, surrounded with Bahamian art work, lovely decorations, local telephone land line, safe, central air conditioning throughout and its own generator. The entertainment system includes a large flat screen TV and a TV in the primary room offering a wide range of cable tv channels, as well as free wi-fi, internet, music, an assortment of books and board games/puzzles. Enjoy a family game or movie night by settling into the extra comfy sofas or at the breakfast counter. No need to climb stairs as this Condo is located on the bottom floor. Free car parking is assigned in front of the Condo.
Take advantage of our beautiful Island weather by soaking in the breathtaking view and fresh air while relaxing on the cushioned patio sofas. The table and chairs under the covered patio, equipped with ceiling fans, can be a good place for evening drinks or a romantic dinner.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stainless-steel refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooking range, oven, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, water cooler and all essential appliances and kitchenware. With ample storage and kitchenware, you can bake, cook or mix your favorite cocktails. Enjoy delicious dinners at our 6-seater dining room table.
Laundry facilities, including a full washer & dryer and ironing facilities, are located within the Condo for your convenience. Hair dryers and first aid kits are located in the bathrooms. Air mattresses available. We provide, free of charge, 4 tennis racquets w/6 balls, 6 golf clubs w/6 balls, pickleball equipment, a beach cooler bag, a beach umbrella, 4 beach chairs, beach toys and a beach cart for your use.
Housekeeping service during your stay can be provided for an extra charge. Pack'n'Play, High-chair, Baby Car Seat and Baby Stroller rentals are available.
The Palm Cay community offers Tennis Courts, a Putting Green, children's playground and pools which you can use while you are here.
Guests at the Condo can simply take a short stroll to the Club House and enjoy meals or drinks. The Club House offers live music on the weekends and hosts throughout the year a variety of events, such as regattas, dancing under the stars, family gatherings, competitions and more. Be sure to check with the club for further details on any additional activities. The Marina in the complex offers several water-based activities, such as charter tours, boat rentals, snorkeling and much more. The Dockside Café serves breakfast and lunch along with an array of coffees, smoothies and milkshakes.

There is an extra fee charged by Palm Cay for access to the Member's Pool, Beach and Member’s Bar. This entitles you to use the Palm Cay Club Member's Beach, Member's Bar and the Member's Pool. There is an additional fee paid to Palm Cay for use of the gym, water equipment, such as kayaks and paddle boards and tennis equipment. The access fee, payable to Palm Cay, is optional. Should you decide to opt into the program please visit the Welcome Center at Palm Cay to enroll in the program upon your arrival. You can, of course, freely use the pool which is steps away from your Condo, the restaurants, tennis courts and children’s playground at any time without paying additional fees.
Palm Cay's Welcome Center is available for car, bicycle and e-scooter rentals and tour bookings. All of your needs can be filled quite easily from this location.

Palm Cay is away from all the tourists hustle and bustle areas. 3 min drive for Yamacraw Beach, 15-minute drive from downtown Nassau and the world-famous Atlantis Resort & Casino on Paradise Island and other entertainment, such as restaurants and lounges, a 3-minute drive to the grocery and liquor stores, nearest fast food restaurants and pharmacies. Brochures and maps of local restaurants, attractions, etc. are available in the Condo for you to peruse.
~ Transportation ~
There are rows of very friendly Taxis aligned in front of Lynden Pindling International Airport. However, we highly recommend that you rent a car if you would like to go outside the gates of Palm Cay to tour our beautiful Island.
Please search online/google "Nassau Airport Car rental" and you will find many car rental websites to choose from. Car rentals are also available from the concierge desk of the Palm Cay Welcome Center.
