“The house was very comfortable. They had everything I needed, I couldn't hear a sound from outside my room. I slept very well, had plenty of room, and everything felt clean and well maintained. I'd definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Vancouver! ”

“I’ve always wanted to stay at Granville Island hotel, finally made it happen. Quaint, easy parking, quiet, great restaurant and a perfect location. ”

“A good hotel in a strategic area, but services can be improved, considering it's a four-star hotel. Coffee machines on the ground floor often don't work. I was surprised not to find toiletries in the bathroom. Also, the bathroom was not well cleaned the day after shampooing, and several hairs were left in the bathtub. So disappointing, considering the price of the room! ”

“5-Star Service Every staff member at The Loden is welcoming, informative, and went out of their way to please. We stayed in a room with two beds that was spacious and bright, with comfortable beds, a beautiful bathroom with separate shower and a giant tub, and daily "treats" and lemon water for turndown service.
