“Such a beautiful place in the capital city. Our room was perfectly comfortable and a very cloud like bed. The bed is also in the clouds but there’s a convenient step stool in the closet to help launch you into dreamland. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. “The staff and property were great. Very friendly and courteous, the room was very clean. The only negative I can think of was parking was 12$ extra. Breakfast was great, bar and restaurant also good. If I every visit Columbia again. I'd book here again. ”

“Room was not clean, water quality was poor and luke warm. This was addressed with staff who did offer to change room but we were leaving following morning. It was in a great location with great parking but that was overlooked by uncleanliness and poor shower for the price pad per night ”

“Clean room and location is right in the heart of Columbia. We were very disappointed by the fact that there was an issue with the room keys during our stay, very inconvenient to have to go downstairs to get a staff member to let us into our room every time we left. It’s also very loud + didn’t get much sleep due to sounds outside all through the night.”

“Overall a decent experience. The bathroom setup in our room was a bit funky providing little privacy with the sliding doors that don’t shut all the way or lock. Also, there is only one outlet available behind the nightstand in the middle of our beds so only one of us could charge our phone by the bed and the other had to use the outlet in the office area. “I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN WHEN I SAW THE COMPLIMENTARY EAR PLUGS AND THEN THE NOISE MACHINE WHEN I WENT IN THE ROOM THAT SOMETHING WAS AMISS. AND, WHEN THE FRONT DESK SAID THAT "SOME PEOPLE ARE LIGHT SLEEPERS, SO WE OFFER THESE AMENITIES," I SUPPOSE I SHOULD HAVE RUN. BUT THE PLOT OF THE STORY IS THAT A TRAIN THAT SOUNDS LIKE IT IS RIGHT OUTSIDE OF THE WINDOW BLARES ITS WHISTLE FOR 1 MINUTE EVERY 15 MINUTES AFTER 11 AT NIGHT UNTIL ABOUT 2-ISH. “Maybe I missed it in the booking but breakfast is not included. $20 a day to have wet eggs and limp bacon. Coffee was good. WiFi was down the entire time. This hotel shares space with Hilton Honors with working WiFi and free breakfast. Recommend if you need this location to book that side of the building.
