“The staff at this facility is remarkable. Due to flight delays I had to check back in. Without transportation, they offered to shuttle me to the nearby shipping center for clean clothes. Afterwords they picked me up at a nearby restaurant. My new flight left at 4:30 am and they shuttled me to the airport at 3:15 am. I am so thankful for their kindness and consideration. This is the reason I stay at Home 2 Suites everywhere I travel. ”

“While our stay in this hotel was really good, there were some stuff that I would like to address. In our bed in the top right corner we found a bug that seemed to be dead for a while. And for the breakfast being served at 4 am there wasn’t much left around 7-8 so you better wake up in time to eat. ”

“Falta mantenimiento mi cama como que se la base no estaba bien y se hundía e iba de lado el colchón o no se si el colchón estaba vencido si se descansa no está incómodo está muy suave pero si se hunde mucho de ahí excelente staff me echaron la mano con el late check out para poderme bañar tranquila después del mil shopping antes de irme 😂”

“You've heard of you get what you pay for, it's true. BUT the staff here makes it feel oh so grand! Lovely smiles and welcomings from everyone! They know what they have to work with, and they do it so well! So yes, small prices for small rooms, but BIG on the customer service. And I'll say this now for past and future references, anyone who says otherwise about this location is obviously entitled and think they deserve more for less. This place gives more, because they WANT to! Great job...
